We have not had the delivery yet as of 21/09/26 . The tracking from Palletways just says it is sitting at their hub but I am aware that you say we cannot track pallet deliveries - I am just conscious that we need to plan our week so that someone needs to be here to take delivery - I suspect sometime this week - so watch this space !

Outstanding service
I have dealt with Anthony who heads up the robot mower side of their business. The service provided by him and his team has been better than 1st class, outstanding techinal knowledge and great communication . I would highly recomend them . Far from the poor service we have recieved from several other Stihl agents in the past

Easy ordering and competitively priced
Order process was easy enough, goods delivered in a fairly timely manor (despite FedEx providing conflicting delivery updates) and Ron Smith kept order status to date with email notifications.
Four stars for their service and efficiency so far, but I haven't experience of their after service, hence the precautionary score.
I'd happily order from this supplier again.
