Whole app looks profesional but the real talk of the whole system of creating app is just scam. In first try everythings works just fine but after you make purchase of subscription most of your pints ai will scam you and the only importants max points are imidiately out and you wont be able to fully create the app. And the support is only just talk and no work on wouldnt recommend.

Oh man

Oh man, what a waste of time. Literally rebuilt my app from scratch four times, and then when I finally got a working version, one of my prompts completely remade the whole app from scratch all over again. Waste of time. At least I got my money back. And it won't let you stop during the process.

Very bad experience

Very bad customer support. A lot of bugs I have to resolve my own while wasting credits.

Fix with AI just jumps back and forth, has no real memory of bug fixex and always jump back and forth.

Publish to appstore doesn't work.

Do not recommend

The builder broke so even though I was offered "Fix this with AI for free?" options, it would ALWAYS charge me credits. I had to purchase more because of how many times this happened, and then I just gave up because it never ended up working. I reached out to customer service, and no one resolved my issue with the service being broken nor did they respond to my refund request. Don't use this service. I switched to Cursor and I'm so much happier.

It's really bad and waste of money

It's really bad and waste of money. I tried to create an app that generates a text and then reads it and it failed miserably from all point of views. I changed databases he keep on switching back without asking or telling me (good thing is that I understand a bit of code and I can follow it). It keep deleting API keys, at one point the app was not even able to start up or have a preview for the voice. I would not recommend it.

Support Email ID Address Not Found

Hi Team,

The support email listed on the Rork.com website is support'at'rork.com
, but when I sent an email to this address, it bounced with the error: “Your message wasn't delivered to support'at'rork.com
because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail.”

After that, I sent an email to another address I found: team'at'rorkai.com
.
On 17 November 2025 (night), I received a reply from the Rork team saying:

“Hi,
Please contact us at support.at.rorkai.com
. Thank you!”

I then sent my message to the new support email — support'at'rorkai.com
— and I am waiting to know whether the email was delivered successfully or if it will bounce.

If the email was delivered, I would like to know how many days it usually takes to receive a reply with a solution.

Thank you.

I loved it - until I paid for it

I loved rork in the beginning - an amazing way for me to get visuals for my business.

First annoying thing - getting a subscription- the only one it would show me was the $50 and since I needed it I bought it after converting $50 into approx £38

Annoying thing - they don’t convert $ to £ - they charged me £50. :(

Ever since I got the subscription rork got. So . Much . Worse!!!!
It would suddenly start making windows too small so the app UX turned to crap and I waste prompts fixing poor sizing that never happened before.

At one point rork also said I no longer have a subscription and put me back onto the free plan - 5 days into purchasing my plan

I contacted rork email support and got the bot. Still waiting to be connected to a human.

Today I got really annoyed. No prompts are going through as they usually did with constant time outs and new error messages that the prompt is too long. Unbelievable.

Contacted email support again to get the bot and now waiting for human.

I’m requesting a refund for how awful the experience has been. So so disappointed as I truly loved the app to begin with.

Credit Forfeiture, Locked Projects, and Zero Customer Support

I subscribed to Rork's junior plan (100 credits, Invoice: L2MXN6DF-0001) and had such a terrible experience that I canceled my Junior plan after only 2-3 days.

Major Issues:

1. Service Quality: From day one, the application consistently failed to complete my requests. Basic functionality was broken, making it nearly impossible to build anything reliable.

2. Credit Forfeiture Without Warning: I had 60+ unused credits remaining (nearly half of what I paid for) when my subscription ended. Zero notification was provided that credits don't roll over or that they would be forfeited. This represents significant lost monetary value with no disclosure.

3. Projects Locked with No Export: After subscription ended, ALL my projects were immediately locked. No ability to:

-Export my work
-Download files
-Sync to GitHub
-Access my own user-generated content

This is essentially holding your work hostage unless you continue paying.

4. No Disclosure of Terms: At no point during signup or subscription was I informed that:
-Credits expire monthly
-Projects become inaccessible after subscription ends
-No data portability options exist

5. Customer Support: Contacted support multiple times about application failures. Received no inadequate responses with no real solutions or acknowledgment of problems, and after cancelation - no responses were given at all.

Bottom Line: This business model relies on non-disclosure of material limitations and forfeiting paid credits without warning. The application doesn't work properly, support is unhelpful, and you lose both your money and your work.

Save yourself the frustration and money - look elsewhere.

So much better now!

I used Rork after it launched and to be fair many of the reviews below were completely justified and I stopped using it. :) After their latest release I decided to give it another shot and it's soo much better!! I was able to pump out an app (that our team is actually using) in about 6 hours! That just blows my mind, if we would have to hire an engineer for that the cost would be so much higher. Heck probably we would just never make the app. Keep going guys!
