Firstly got sent the wrong order, then they still haven’t dispatched the correct item after a week.

Standard shipping, great
Cost of shipping not overly expensive (and nice to be able to choose regular shipping... some sites now only let you pick next-day! Don't want the extra cost if I'm not in a rush to have the item). Order to dispatch was 2 days, which is fine.
