I've experienced so many issues for a year. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK.
This company doesn't care about the players who are still keeping them afloat and I see l seriously think it's gone to boycott them out of business.

This is unacceptable and unethical and unprofessional. You sure seem to think you'll be in business for awhile. You're being sued in a class action law suit. I hope they win and you're forced to pay out millions. You'll lose this part of your business and I will ensure nobody plays your games. You are seriously corrupt

Rovio Entertainment means NO HONOR OR INTEGRITY

This time ? It's never changed, really? The most unethical company. You start the game and you have to fight someone that you have no chance whatever of beating them. Set up to lose right from the beginning. People say you don't have to spend money, no , you don't have to but if you want to advance you do . 6 years now and I still don't have half of my epic weapons built. But I do HAVE to fight Rovio's players with tier 5 level 40+ LEDGENDARY WEAPONS AND PERKS. Every slot too. Fighting people with everything and multiples of most keeps you sifting the bottom for rewards but they get what we would kill for just handed to them. Algorithms favor these players and Rovio knows that. But if you were a better player you'd do better . Right ! Before it was our tech wasn't up to par for their "High Performance " platform. It's not a game it's a deception game.

I am trying to be heard..

I am trying to be heard... I have written to Google play to try to get angry birds friends removed. they have the most terrible customer service I have ever dealt with. they don't address your technical questions. I called their Finnish office and was hung up on.. their game freezes and takes away wins on star brawl. they won't fix these issues. I have also offered to help with coding . they ignored that too. I have been nothing but polite and respectful. .

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been a player of Angry Birds 2 for severn or eight years, and a clan leader for 4 or 5 of those years. Just recently the other clan we were playing it a battle was cheating in a very obvious and blatant way having 25 dummy accounts. I sent a support ticket with screen shots that proved it. They should have taken this clan down for cheating. All they did was send me a canned AI response that completely dismissed it, and did nothing. I persisted and asked them to take this seriously, and they sent me the exact same canned response. The game freezes and glitches out many times per day. They seem to care only about making money, and have no concern for cheaters.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Their game had an issue which cost me premium currency. At first I thought it was a network issue but it happened again and my network was great. I reached out to support to have what I lost returned and it took them over a week to respond. Then they only gave me half of what I lost and some bs about higher than normal volume. When you check reviews anywhere else you see that their response time is horrible. After they gave me have I reached out again and it took almost as long to respond and I got told there are strict guidelines for compensation. I wasn't asking for anything more than I lost and they refuse to make it right. Don't trust this company and don't give them any money they do not care for their player base.

Rovio Entertainment is a complete…

Rovio Entertainment is a complete ripoff! The game in specific question is Angry Birds Transformers; although I have experienced these same issues with other Angry Birds games. The game has become deliberately more difficult to operate in that Rovio constantly removes free features. Leveling up is next to impossible because of everything changing to a subscription like design when its advertised as a free to play game. There are numerous glitches, especially when supposed upgrades occur. Support is a lie as well because when you report the issue, Rovio refuses to acknowledge the issue, refuses to refund cash or replace lost data/ items/materials. If they even answer you, their response is consistently the same; it's the players fault and they know that's very frustrating but there's nothing they can do. Rovio is a scam!

Woke company that relies on "glitches"…

Woke company that relies on "glitches" to steal money from users. You make a purchase and you don't get the item, or you do get it and the game disappears it later. Customer service had no response, whatsoever, when i showed them the proof of what happened.

Game hangs or freezes way too often. Also the game keeps losing, gems, coins, hats too often as well. Horrible reliability, horrible customer support. I will be uninstalling this game very soon.

Rovio has taken their AB2 game from top-few in terms of fun and turned it into a joke. Their only focus is on how to get people to spend more and their game has become intolerable. They have also shut off any human interaction so you can't even leave them feedback.

Rovio developers don’t care about users

Whilst I have always found Rovio customer service to be polite and respond to my request to have a problem fixed with my Angry Birds Friends issues with lots of empathy, frustratingly this isn’t backed by any action from their development team. I have had what appears to be a superficial issue, which I understand applies to others as well, for a period of 6 weeks so far without any action, nor any feedback on progress despite repeated requests. Having been a user of their products since inception, I guess the developers don’t care about individual users as there are so many of us. That’s a real shame.

Rovio has turds in place of customer support workers. Its Angry Birds 2 game comes with glitches that ultimately steal your gems/cash money in the Tower of Fortune. No management ever responded to my support ticket and the "team" never made good on my missing rewards. These people steal and simply don't care for its customers. One of them called me a liar even after screen shot proof
