Enttäuschende Bestellung – verspätete Lieferung, mangelhafte Qualität und fehlender Kundenservice

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Bestellung.

Bei der Bestellung war eine Lieferzeit von 2 bis 4 Werktagen angegeben. Ich habe am 04.08.2026 bestellt, die Ware wurde jedoch erst am 14.08.2026 versendet und schließlich am 17.08.2026 geliefert. Die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde damit deutlich überschritten.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass ich auf meine E-Mails keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten habe. Erst nachdem ich telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, wurde die Ware versendet.

Darüber hinaus bin ich mit der Qualität der gelieferten Ware sehr unzufrieden. Das Besteck weist Beschädigungen bzw. deutliche Bearbeitungsfehler auf und macht insgesamt einen minderwertigen Eindruck. Ausserdem werden negative Bewertungen im Shop gelöscht. Auf Google sind hingegen keine Bewertungen zu finden.
