I used to use it very often and have hundreds of purchases, but I'm shocked at what the outlet has become lately. They don't delete inconvenient comments, sell defective products, ignore support, block any opportunity to express your opinion about their work. It has turned into an authoritarian, destructive ethic. I will never buy anything here again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service of rozetka.com.ua. After a bad purchasing experience with a product that did not match its description on the website, I left a factual, honest review about both the item and the merchant.Instead of protecting the consumer, Rozetka’s team (sales_m) deleted and then unilaterally edited my review. This blatant lobbying for a merchant's interests at the expense of buyer transparency is unacceptable. Real e-commerce platforms like eBay protect buyers because they understand who brings the revenue. Rozetka, however, chooses to silence customer feedback and mislead other consumers.I have all the emails and evidence to prove this censorship. Order number: 897719763

❌ Ableism and Fraud in "Rozetka" Store! Ruined Birthday for a Child with Special Needs ❌

Absolute irresponsibility from the Ukrainian marketplace "Rozetka" (Order: 893130235). We ordered a birthday gift for our child and notified the staff about the child's special needs and health conditions. Right after, they began repeatedly shifting delivery dates, intentionally holding the money. They failed to meet their promises multiple times and refused to issue a refund upon request, which completely blocked our ability to buy the gift elsewhere. The birthday is ruined, and the child is deeply upset by the unlawful actions of the administration. More than a week has passed. Advance orders here guarantee nothing. I strongly advise everyone against using this platform!

Повна безвідповідальність та ущемлення прав від магазину «Розетка» (Замовлення: 893130235). Замовили подарунок дитині, заздалегідь попередив про її проблеми зі здоров'ям. Магазин почав постійно переносити терміни, утримуючи гроші. Обіцянки не виконали, у поверненні коштів відмовили, позбавивши можливості купити подарунок в іншому місці. Свято зіпсовано, дитина глибоко засмучена через протиправні дії адміністрації. Минув тиждень, замовлення не доставлено. Нікому не рекомендую цей майданчик!

Полная безответственность и ущемление прав от магазина «Розетка» (Заказ: 893130235). Заказали подарок ребенку, заранее предупредив об особых потребностях и здоровье. Магазин начал бесконечно переносить сроки, удерживая деньги. Обещания нарушили, вернуть средства отказались, лишив возможности купить подарок в другом месте. Праздник сорван, ребенок глубоко расстроен из-за противоправных действий администрации. Прошла неделя, заказ не доставлен. Никогда не пользуйтесь этой площадкой!

"I am deeply disappointed with Rozetka.ua. They have implemented a predatory subscription model called 'Smart' that violates Ukrainian Consumer Protection Laws (Article 18 & 19).
Once you sign up for a trial, they intentionally HIDE the cancellation button in the user dashboard. According to their illegal internal terms (clause 6.2), you are FORCED to pay for 6 months with no possibility to cancel. This is a direct violation of the Civil Code (Art. 907) which guarantees the right to terminate service contracts at any time.
Support refuses to help, hiding behind their 'Internal Rules' which are void under national law. This is not a business; it’s a financial trap. A formal complaint has been filed with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Avoid sharing your card details with this company!

Excellent service and reliable quality
Rozetka never disappoints. The products are always as described, well-packaged, and delivered on time. Customer support is responsive and helpful. One of the best online stores in Ukraine.

Rozetka is my go-to for electronics, but their delivery times sometimes feel a bit long compared to other local options. They should improved their deliver speed.

Never trust a service that has no direct customer service number, for one.

Made an order from the website and got a promo in a message saying you can get 100 UAH off your order in the app. Installed the app, added stuff and that's where the hoop jumping started. The promo just wouldn't apply.
I went to their physical store where they told me to contact them via chat (which is ridiculous in and of itself. If you have physical stores, you should be able to get help there).
The chat operator told me the promo could only be applied to one of my selected products, which was sold by ROZETKA itself and it needed to exceed 100 UAH. Great, I added another one to my cart and lo and behold - nothing. Couldn't apply the promo yet again.
I contacted them via chat again, and that's where they told me the order needed to be over 500 UAH for the promo to apply and gave me a link to the conditions.

Now, my first question is this: is it that hard to put the link with the terms in the actual message along with the app link? Is it?

My next question is: who's going to compensate me for the time I spent dealing with this with absolutely nothing to show for it?

And get this: when asked where I can leave a review/ suggestion for the service, the operator told me I could type it in the chat and they will send it to the relevant department.

In the end I ordered the product from another tried and true service which doesn't use false advertising to make you get their app, has a customer service number and offers free next day delivery, by the way. So there. Take my experience for what you will.

Great store. I've been a customer maybe for 15 years. Everytime I've got fully satisfied with level of customer service. 4 stars only for additional commission when you order to small Rozetka's store and when you pay offline.

It's not the first time I order from them. Everything is great. Products as described on the website. Very simple and intuitive application. Support always explains everything clearly. It is very convenient that there is free shipping if they are the seller of the goods.

I ordered a product using a gift certificate. The choice of goods was quite extensive. I was pleased to be able to pick up the goods not far from home, as there was a branch outlet nearby. The site is simple and easy to use. But the price is still a little more expensive than in offline stores.

I order goods not the first year. Delivery is pretty fast, plus the site is easy to navigate. I like that there are filters and I can find everything I need. Thanks to the large selection of products you can order everything in one place. Rated three because often the goods are not delivered properly and the site doesn't always want to take responsibility for that.

A great resource for finding everything; I ordered both drinks and electronics at the same time. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is because some of the drinks were damaged — the soda cans were dented. Other than that, it’s a wonderful resource, very user-friendly.

Every time I buy here, everything is ok, the sellers contacted me quickly and the delivery was ok. When I ordered a jacket last week the seller called me and we chose the size together.

I agree with the opinions of others and once again emphasize: the service and attitude towards customers is below average. There was an unpleasant situation when the sneakers turned out to be the wrong size. I decided to issue a refund. The money was returned, thank you, but not quickly. Draw conclusions.

Somebody used my card and stolen 10000 CZK from my bank account when purchasing eletronic from Rozetka. I dont understand how payment was verified as it must be fone on my mobile with fingerprints. My bank (and police soon) is investigating. Not trastful here at all.

quite a good site. The design is excellent. shipping acceptable. I have not had experience with a service center and cannot rate it. Once I just ran into the problem of choosing the right post office, and everything is completely fine.
