Their SEO strategy has been one of the most cost effective growth investments we've made. If you want to improve your online visibility, they're definitely worth considering.

I’m not someone who writes reviews, but I thought I would just take the time out of my day to write this one to hopefully help many people out there and spread some awareness. I am writing this review to expose the scam Faizan and this company is running. They primarily target pest control companies and other local service businesses.
Here is my experience working with them:
1. Low quality work with little to no results
2. Sabotage of previous work after I ended my work with them.
3. Credit card scam after they left.

1. A cold caller reached out to me last year when I newly started to offer their services of marketing and web design. I was convinced of their experience after they showed me some previous work they did and decided to go with them.
They built me a website and was running Google ads for it.
The website had major issues with it in terms of design errors and tons of grammatical errors. It took them months to get them corrected.
The Google ads campaign they ran was generic built and wasting tons of money on irrelevant calls. Convertion rates were low and cost was extremely high spending upwards of 200$ + per lead.
They ran meta ads campaign with generic images that looked ChatGPT written. The ads were not even targeting the correct location and I was getting leads from all across the country. Not a single lead answered the phone or booked a job all while Fiazan kept making promises that things will get better with time.
They were supposed to be posting content on my gbp and all the content was bro g posted on the wrong profiles with incorrect phone numbers and information which hurt seo.
I told them to stop doing this and they kept doing it saying they don’t have access to the correct account. I still have the access pending which no one accepted. They just kept posting irrelevant content on the wrong profile. I eventually deleted all the content which was hurting my Seo.
I ended my work with them due all this nonsense.
Weeks later they kept posting the spam on my profiles which I kept asking them to stop.
A month later faizan contacted me demanding payment for the spam content they were posting on the wrong profiles. I refused to pay for this as I have ended my relationship with them and no longer wish to work with this company.

2. Sabotoge of previous work.
Months later my current Seo guy contacted me saying someone has been making changes to the website homepage and breaking everything. Blogs of random casino pages and spam content was being posted by the user account Faizan still had access to in an attempt to sabotage the sites rankings.
No one else has access to the website except myself Faizan and my current Seo guy.
We deleted hundreds of spam pages and eventually remove access for faizan.
Weeks later, I got another cold call from another person in the company RSF soft. The individual I spoke with I believe his name was Harman.
He was trying to sell me on marketing services again.
When I spoke with him, I mentioned what happened after I stopped working with them and about what Faizan was doing. He then went on to admit that Faizan has done that to multiple clients that I’ve stopped working with them. He was trying to justify it by saying no one else in the company does that only Faizan. At which point I was just baffled. I have the call record recordings of which he admitted it.

3. After a while, I noticed my credit card kept getting billed from them. It appears Faizan kept my card information and kept billing it without my knowledge. I contacted the credit card company which was able to reverse the transaction.

Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a marketing agency. The company is extremely unprofessional and a total scam by definition.
I am writing this review to let others know of the business they run before wasting their money and getting scammed. All the things I’ve mentioned in this Review is factual and I have screenshots and call recording to back everything up.

RSFSOFT LTD has done great work for us. We will continue to use them for our marketing. For our Website they hooked in an API that I know take above average skill to complete and make it work right. I own a pest control company and they have generated leads for from day 1... highly recommended without any doubts.

We are a moving company based in London I been the Rsf soft for the past years, they have been great on providing services to rank on google, you may face a lot of issues trying to rank but they do try their best, if it your first time working on ranking on google, happy to try them again.
