Cowboy Builder

I welcomed Robert Banaszak of RTC Maintenance (Milton Keynes) into my home, made him coffee, and paid him £3,250 in upfront payments (never returned to me) for three bathroom fitting jobs in exchange for him ruining £2,300 in tiles that now need replacing due to his poor workmanship, and in exchange for him wrecking the joists of my house and ruining my living room ceiling due to cowboy plumbing (now needs a full replaster). He did not use a UK-qualified electrician and then paid someone to fraudulently supply an electrical certificate (a criminal offence). It would have been more beneficial if he had sat there and scratched himself. This man does not have the tiling, plumbing or other skills that he claims to have. You might think that he would employ the use of a proper tiler, proper plumber and proper electrician but, no, he is happy to wreck your house (in this case mine) all by himself. £12,000 total cost to me, and lots of inconvenience. Please do not let this person ruin your house too.
To see photographs of the work that Robert Banaszak did at my home, as well as an independent report on that work (prepared by the Claims Consortium Group), go to Facebook and type in RTC Maintenance Review or RTC Maintenance (Reviews).
