I have recently purchased a bespoke summerhouse/shed from Rutland sheds.
Rutland are a breath of fresh air ! The product is well made and a fair price. The office staff ( Pauline) has been a joy to deal with - so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.
The installation guys made the process so easy and were respectful of my property .
There was a minor issue with the handle and Neville came out straight away and changed it - he was so nice . I cannot fault this company - excellent service 10/10!
I can certainly recommend this company.

Brought sheds from Rutland many times they always deliver, cost and quality second to none Just moved to Llandudno in north Wales contact the guys and the came up no fuss Pent shed and 2 toolshed delivered fitted can't fault them highly recommended 5 stars all the way .

Thank you to Neville and the team for fitting my mum's shed and dismantling and taking away the old one. You went above and beyond in helping her as she was so stressed and worried.

We ordered a summer house from Rutland sheds and they made it to order and came and installed it within the time frame they gave us. We were really pleased with the size and quality of it however noticed that the glass panels had some scratches. When I notified the company they were very apologetic and helpful. They had all the glass replaced with no questions asked. They use a glass supplier and will be sending the scratched panels back to them. My brother in law had a summer house from them also and it was perfect so I’m guessing it was just an unfortunate one off with our glass. When the fitters came to replace the glass they were very polite and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Thank you, over the moon. I visited this company after a recommendation on a gardening facebook group. They had just the type of design I had in mind, so ordered on the spot. The guys who came to install said the base was not level enough, so had one made, but this only took 3 days. When they installed, they were very respectful of the fact that the garden is overspilling with plants, and nothing was trod on!! Would be more than happy to recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their website was wrong, stating products for order which were not actually available or part of the range and with incorrect prices on the site too.

They ended up giving me a refund, but I am now a month after ordering having to find a different greenhouse provider due to their own errors and mistakes.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who asked my experience.

Longggg delivery time but that was clear on ordering. Great quality product at a great price and delivered and installed speedily at no extra cost.
I ordered a corner summer house

From beginning to end the service has been wonderful from Rutland Sheds. From Pauline guiding me on design to delivery and assembly by Neville and his team, I cannot fault this company. Highly recommended.

Cracking potting shed from this company after a great deal of research. Neville and Jamie fitted it really quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and although I had to wait a long time (I’m very impatient!) it was well worth the wait. Lots of compliments from those who have seen and my daughter tells me she has ‘shed envy’! First class all round!

Hugely impressed with this company from start to finish. We ordered a solar shed online and Rutland called me the next day to confirm a few details and a delivery date. The shed was delivered on the agreed date and erected by two lovely blokes in a little over an hour. We're really pleased with the quality of the product, and both office and field staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Can't thank you enough!!

There is no access to our Back garden but our Neighbour has so the Rutland Team took out a fence panel and Did a fantastic Job, build quality is fantastic.
And the Workmanship is also fantastic.

"We contacted Rutland Sheds with a requirement for Wooden Chalets for a Christmas Market in Birmingham City Centre. It was fairly late in the year but Rutland were really helpful and assured us that our request was easily manageable. With the nature of the events industry being as it is there were numerous changes made to the original brief and purchase order. Pauline in the office handled every change with ease and was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to the installation phase, this was also a challenge as we had quite a short time frame in order to complete the installation but Neville and his team were fantastic and the installation was handled extremely well and on time. I would not hesitate to use Rutland Sheds again would recommend them without hesitation."
