We were first unsure of buying from this seller since we didn’t know much. When we placed the order through Shop I didn’t realize my address was incorrect and that I had just placed the order with that address. The company listed a whatsapp number, I contacted them on the weekend and they responded by Monday. They were very friendly and told me they updated the address and I could see that on the order confirmation on their website. I was still skeptical since the shipping information came from Colombia and the shipping date seemed too soon. Surprisingly today I received the product in perfect condition and only 5 days from placing the order and only 3 days from updating the address. I will definitely buy from them again.

These guys rock!! Seriously. I couldn't be happier with their customer support. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Btw, I finally came across a good site where they have a good variety of Colombian snacks.

I have purchased Colombian snacks from Amazon and they usually have a one week or sometimes a month before it expires. All of the snacks I have purchased from Ruufe, have come directly from the manufacture. Fresh and ready to consume. I recommend them 100%
