The company is a scam. The only way to communicate is email which they stopped responding after my items was return and never gave me money back/ Voucher. So now I don't have my items or money. They would not respond to my emails that I have been sending for days.
Scam company do not order from them.

I had such a great experience with Ryderwear!
My original order was unfortunately stolen from my building’s mail room, which was really frustrating—but the Ryderwear team were amazing to deal with. They handled the situation quickly and professionally and organised a replacement without any hassle.
My new order arrived and I’m absolutely loving everything. The quality is incredible, the fit is perfect, and you can tell a lot of care goes into their products.
Huge thank you to the team for their support and outstanding customer service—it really made all the difference.
Highly recommend!

Sent me defective goods with broken stitching, and then refused to allow a return. They purposely hide their general return policy too, making it appear you can return items unless you read the fine print on the listing. Customer service are entirely unhelpful and will not allow you to contact a supervisor even after multiple requests.
They know exactly what they're doing; hoping for volume and that enough customers won't press the issue or file with credit cards. The clue is in their lying customer service responses. For example when they said, "Our quality control team has now completed a thorough review of the photos you provided (..). Based on their assessment, no manufacturing faults or defects were identified in this case." How do I know that was a lie? They replied to my email with the photos in a few minutes. Pretty fast to forward to a quality control team and have it reviewed! Because that obviously isn't a real thing. I'm sure they deny all claims.
Scam company with poor quality merchandise -- stay away!

Very disappointing experience with Ryderwear.
I followed the sizing guide carefully after taking my measurements, and the leggings were still far too small. The “stonewash” pair also looked nothing like the product images — the effect is not visible at all in person.
Customer service felt completely templated and unhelpful. One item was accepted for return, but the other was declined due to being an outlet item, despite concerns it wasn’t as described.
Overall, inaccurate sizing, misleading product presentation, and rigid policies made this a frustrating purchase.
I’d strongly suggest shopping with caution — especially when relying on the size guide (pretty sure thats all of us.) SMH.
Not a risk I’d personally take again.

Very surprised to see the average star rating, would absolutely have expected it to be higher.
Ryderware provide excellent quality gym clothes. I have brought from them a number of times, and am probably at the point whereby I will exclusively buy from this company. Cannot fault at all.

I bought a pair of sweatpants. They came with a hole in them. I contacted customer service. They acknowledged the defect and gave me a $50 coupon to buy their products. The problem is that the pants cost $90 plus shipping, which means that I can't buy the same quality product for the compensation I received. I'm disappointed and won't buy these clothes again. It's a shame because the clothes are beautiful.

I have purchased quite a few pairs of leggings.
They claim to be squat proof and definitely are not!!
They are very cheap quality thin material and poorly stitched. Every pair I have purchased has holes in them within 3 months and when you contact the company they don’t want to know about it and say they are outside the 3 month warranty period. I have had many other brands that are well over a year old that have no wholes in the stitching and have worn well.
You don’t expect to barely get 3 months out of a reasonably expensive brand.
DON’T PURCHASE RYDERWEAR LEGGINGS
EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY!!!!!

Sorry I didn’t come here before making a first order. Placed my order for a matching top and bottoms on 2/4/26 and paid priority shipping. The products were inky shipped today 7/4/26 which would be acceptable considering the Easter break but one of the products is out of stock. Receiving a top without the matching g bottoms is pointless for me and a hassle - o don’t know why I couldn’t be informed if an out of stock status when the order was placed - no other company I use would take my money for something they haven’t in stock and then offer a ‘part refund’ . And as the items are on sale when I do receive the top only (eventually!) I most likely will be told I can’t return it!
Please be aware of this!!! I will be avoiding this company!

Great quality! Have been buying from Ryderwear for years. Always great quality and quick to rectify any issues with orders

Bought Ryderwear boots, stored for 18m to 2 yrs, cork effect/finish was the design. When worn, after 2 or 3 wears, sole detached badly, wore heavily in body of boot. I would not buy again.

Horrible Quality! I bought 2x T-Back Men's stringer singlet priced at $49.95. The material is ridiculously thin, with horribly stitched edges. This is worth no more than a $5 Temu singlet! The singlet also has creases that won't even wash out because it's so thin. Their return process won't allow you to refund an item because of poor quality so your essentially stuck with it unless you opt for store credit. Will never buy from Ryderwear again.

Bought leggings 9 months ago and they started tearing at the seams already for $110NZD I would expect leggings to at least last longer than a year. Tried to contact them about this and they just said it’s been more than 3 months so not their problem.

the worst, i sent back the item (too small), they NEVER REFUNDED (54.99£!) me, saying it was my bank's problem- and not willing to help further at all despite many emails.
EDIT/REPLY: I have followed up with my bank who confirms they can't find any refund! you need to look on your side again. and your system is faulty as I can't even send you emails, i need to go via the contact form every time- obviously you have issues.

I really like a few ryderwear products but the business itself is only okay. Nothing is worth full price, many materials are cheap and thin. Returns policy only offers store credit, and you have to pay return shipping yourself. They also incentivise five star reviews by offering the chance to win a $50 gift card if you leave a five star review on the product, which must inflate the number of five star reviews left on products.
I do wear and love some items from ryderwear and go back to them over other brands, but they have problems.

Bought 4 pairs of cycling shorts for sizing. Went to return some of them and was told that 2 items were non-refundable despite checkout page clearly stating 30 day hassle free returns. Customer service was very unhelpful and didn’t even provide credit note. Very disappointed with this false advertising and WILL NOT be purchasing form the website in the future

You will never be able to get a refund or exchange if something doesn’t suit you. Customer support is completely uninterested in helping customers. The guy who answered emails - was the most ineffective and unpleasant support staff I have ever dealt with. Save your money and go to other brands that are honest with their customers.

I recently purchased leggings and a sports bra from Ryderwear, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. This was my first purchase from the brand and will be my last.
The leggings become sheer during normal gym movements such as bending or squatting, making them unsuitable for their intended purpose. The sports bra sizing is also inconsistent with the product description and sizing guidance on the website; the model measurements listed match mine, yet the bra is significantly tighter than expected despite being described as providing a slightly relaxed fit.
After contacting customer support and providing photo evidence, I was advised that no manufacturing faults or defects were identified and a refund was declined. Under Australian Consumer Law, however, products must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, regardless of whether a manufacturing defect is present.
I also noticed similar customer feedback mentioning sizing inconsistencies and thin leggings material, suggesting this may not be an isolated issue.
As the matter could not be resolved directly with the business, I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and will update this review once the outcome is known.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Returning or exchanging items is practically impossible. Ryderwear does not provide prepaid return labels, so you are forced to pay expensive international shipping yourself. In my case it was USD 50 just to send the return back. Then the parcel gets held with additional import charges (EUR 78) because it’s going to their EU warehouse - meaning the total cost of “returning” becomes more expensive than the item itself.
On top of that, customer support is not working: their email inbox is full and cannot accept messages, so you can’t even get help to resolve the situation.
This is a complete nightmare and a huge waste of money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this company - It was my first order and I will never order from them again.
Update: The situation got even worse when customs in their country couldn't contact them, and the package ended up being sent back to me, requiring me to pay $200 for the return shipment. How's that for me?
AVOID

Purchased leggins for my wife. 3/4 fit well and she is happy. One had a large stich that made them uncomfortable. Tried to return or exchange this item within a couple of weeks from purchase. Emails to support keep bouncing. Finally advised that there is nothing wrong with the item and no compensation is possible. This is BS. Everyone offers change of mind refunds per ACL. If Ryderwear dont agree that the item is defective - thats ok - restock it and refund or exchange it.
Looking at the list of one star reviews and similar comments about fit and stitching shows that the writing is on the wall for this business.
UPDATE:
Ryderwear believe that a large stich, several cm thick is perfectly fine and is not defective. Unfortunately this suggest that quality control AND customer service is doomed. I cant see how this business will compete with the majors or other activewear companies that provide easy exchanges, refunds and QUALITY products. Going back to Nike from now.

I was really excited to try Ryderwear for the first time. They had the perfect colourways (and not in the scrunchbum!!) and a good price. I spent hundreds upfront (rookie error).
The quality of the fabric is cheap. A pair of shorts I received had stress tears in front. They refused to believe this was an issue with their product despite sending images. All of the shorts I bought (bike shorts and no scrunch) were see-through and gave you camel toe. The first thing my partner said to me is “love the colour, but I can see the outline of everything [he’s not just talking about underwear lines]. Given, these were light colours. The tops didn’t fit true to size.
I reached out to their team and quite politely requested a refund as I simply don’t think the brand is a fit for me given the quality and fit. They did not respond. I followed up a week later. There was no customer support efforts made, pretty much a “too bad so sad”. I responded again with:
“ Hi [name requested to be removed from review],
Thank you for your response.
I understand the sites policy, but I spent $300-$400 at Ryderwear and the quality and fit is not what was expected. This was my first time purchase from the store, and I am willing to keep the shoes, additional laces, and pay for the return shipping, but given I just don't think I will buy activewear from Ryderwear again for the above reasons, and I would really appreciate some leniency on the refund policy. All of the activewear is still in its original packaging. With this in mind, would you at least be open to 50% refund and the rest can be store credit - maybe there's some accessories that will be ok.
Best”
The response was a generic shutdown. “We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. Unfortunately, as per our store policy, we do not offer refund on returns. We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause”
Zero resolution skills.
Recommendation: wouldn’t spend more than $20-$30 on the women’s activewear. You get better quality at Cotton On for a similar price point.
Would skip the brand entirely if you are intending to wear it to actually do a workout at the gym
