SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT PAY TO THIS SITE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CHEAT YOU. THAY NEVER SEND YOU ANY BITCOINS, ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I SENT 65EUR AND AFTER WEEK THE ONLY ANSWER IS THAT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MONEY. MY BANK ALREADY SENT EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND TOLD ME ALSO, THAT THEY ARE FAKE!

This website will always have issues everytime. Their servers will always be down or their partners... Everyday... However, I bought ETH worth €688. Under the option

"If the exchange rate at the time of transaction will differ from the one above, which operation should be performed", I chose to continue at a current exchange rate at the sending time.
They sent using the exchange rate as at time of order after 12hrs when the coin had experienced over 13% dump... Support said "it was an issue with their partners servers" and was willing to do nothing

I verified Level 1 on their website and buy some BTC but they didn't process my
order.
They still asking video verification like stuff and other verification which is not described when I verified Level 1.
They should described clearly when I was verifying for level 1.
Video verification is shown on Level 2 verification step but they are asking users which is already verified Level 1.
Never buy on this website.

I made a payment of 178 GBP to buy XRP, transaction was accepted and it said to be processing. I waited 3 days and then contacted them to know when the crypto will be in my account. To my surprise I was told my payment could not be verified and it will be refunded. After 3 more days I received a refund of 160 GBP. They claimed I was contacted to verify the payment by email but I never received such email, they said my mail provider rejected it, however I received all other emails from them about payment being successful and from the support team, how weird??.

They claimed the difference of over £18 was due to commissions (10% crypto+5%for refund) which it's outrageous. How can you charge commission for a transaction that supposedly was rejected. How can you charge commission (10%) for buying the crypto and then say I didn't buy it.

Terrible experience from an allegedly reputable exchange. Will not be using again and I will not advise anyone to do so.

I know it's not big money € 270, but that's how much they beat me on this site!

Scammers like Investorguard and Convertsmart are using this company as a long scam. Fleasing thousands from unsuspecting victims. Read reviews of these companies on trust pilot.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They hve eu160000 of my money to purchase Bitcoin. I Un wittingly used a now bankrupt trader called Tradefred who instructed me to transfer to Safe Currency thru a bank called Pay Send. Safe Currency allege that I created the order no on the transfer and the wallet address.
This is impossible for me. I keep on asking for the respective wallet addresses and they not give them to me. I hve posted a report thru Fraud Squad London and advised FCA. If u hve made a transfer thru SEPA apply to yr bank for help.
I am 76 yr old widow, no relations where I live now I am penniless.PLSe do not use these .

Verification too hard.. for the commission they take youd think at least they will make it easier for me to send my crypto, without asking for more and more personal data....

Verfication way to hard, take too much time to send the money, ask too many qustions, the zoom video verification was hell, they leave the session in the middle.

Decent site but for some reason they ask me fore I’d verification for small purchases which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of their no ID verification stage. Does anyone know any sites that will not ask me for ID when purchasing bitcoin, please let me know

wasted my time over 2500 GBP, asked for video vertification for a small amount while their site claims that it only asks for video for transactions of 15000 EUR.

Several couple of months ago after seeing a item about bitcoin I called the number and invested £250 on the April 16 2020 they called me and said they had $500 dollars to pay me, I gave them details to pay into the bank, No money arrived but on Monday 20 April PSP SAFE CURRENCY took £1500 out of my bank I have sent several messages and now find they have blocked me from sending any more messages, I am still sending messages to everyone at the site and on my mailing list, I have reported it to my bank an they said message them and try and get the money back if you cant get back in touch with us So that's the next step.

they get your money and make you to wait for it, one of the bigest exchange scammers.
