We would like to say that the service and back up we have experienced from the Sagars 365 Team has been superb. Not only have they installed a new roof and ceiling to replace the existing glass but also have sorted out some issues that were an ongoing problem from when when we initially had the conservatory installed.The benefits of this type of of roof have been very noticeable - most certainly warmer in winter but also the recent hot weather (May26) has provided for a cooler unit.

Having used Sagar 365 previously to insulate the inside of our conservatory, we felt confident that they would be our firm of choice to fit an outside light weight 'slate' roof. From our first dealing with Paula and Peter from the survey team to the fitters of Buzz, Lee, Nick and Alex, Sagar 365 have been superb. They have been friendly, professional, helpful and the workmanship has been wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend Sagar 365.

Very happy with our conservatory roof and very efficient workers. It was done within 4 days including removal of scaffolding. Very impressed with the end result. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Put in for a quote from Sagars, had a call back I asked them give me a quote based on the size of the conservatory and what I wanted doing, I had already had 2 other quotes and wanted a 3rd.

I said didn’t want to waste everyone’s time if they couldn’t be competitive so be honest with the quoting they give me a price so I said they could come around and measure etc the price they give me was twice the price they quoted over the phone I know you can’t be exact but twice as much was ridiculous and much more than the other two quotes I had can’t help but think it was an afternoon wasted and if this is bad with quotes how would the workmanship be

Great company to deal with from 1st phone call, then initial visit through to the actual fitting. I definitely recommend them if you like companies to deliver what they promise. More than happy with the end result of my previously unused conservatory.

We had our roof insulated a few years ago, and noticed a huge difference of the temperature in the room, in both winter and summer. We were extremely happy. As the insulation was fitted under my glass roof, we had a leak years later and in desperation contacted Sagar, whom unlike others found the leak, and then repaired my insulated roof at a reasonable price and were really supportive. We have had nothing but a great service from Sagar and Nick.

There really are no words good enough to describe how amazing Nick and his team were. From the very first phone call, Nick made me feel like I was his number1 priority.. my roof was completed in 1 day and it is absolutely amazing, what a difference it has made! Very pleased. Looks amazing. Cant really comment on the warmth yet as the plaster is still drying but i have no doubts. Priced right, done well and the lads on site were very happy to answer questions and obviously proud of the product. Cleaned up everything. They worked a solid 8 hours both days. Keep them happy with tea and coffee every couple of hours. I particuarly liked the process, filled in an online form and Ron called me 4 or 5 hours later gave me a rough price over the phone non of that trying to get through the door and fill you with sales patter. Invited him to survey he was here on time and for less than an hour and priced competitevly. Im not bothered if they are the cheapest (i did research prices and they were bang on ), its about the quality of the work and the pride in their product. Also no extra for a 10yr guarantee on workmanship and 25yrs on materials all insurance backed. Brilliant family run company with great people. Very few companies have a trustpilot rating this high. The whole team were very professional and kept me fully informed of the process throughout. The people who did the fitting worked quickly and cheerfully, despite the rain!
