Took money for film. Later advised not doing film any more will get refund notification in future sometime! Then weeks later get email saying have to call a number to get refund. Call number on hold for 45 minutes!! When complain, they think
It is ok to say high volume of calls. It is not they know exactly how many callers they will get but do not resource properly. I think this is a con hoping many people will not bother.
Outrageous and I am Sure, illegal.

Never had a problem with Sainsburys Entertainment. Fast delivery, some of the best prices on the net and customer service is excellent.

Its a shame theyre stopping selling physical media and going on demand only as ill now have to shop elsewhere!

I pre-ordered a ps4 for my fiance back in June, I thought it had gone through fine but apparently all I had ordered was a voucher to pre order and I had to then go preorder the ps4 with this voucher. I have only found this out the day before release and now don't have a ps4, despite there being 3 in my local store - 1 can't be reserved for me. Nowhere on my e-mail does it say I need to use the voucher to pre-order the console, all I seem to get was a sorry and £5 voucher - £5 doesn't get you more than a few sweets and a magazine these days - furious!!!

I pre order games all the time and get them on release day, not 1 game late ever + they have voucher code on sometimes so I save money.

I ordered an Xbox 360 on Thursday afternoon and it was posted the next day using DPD tracked service and was here Saturday. No problems at all.
