Worst customer service from any online…

Immediately after I wrote the review below, Salesforge management took action to rectify the situation. I appreciate their rapid and effective response and revised my rating to 4 stars.

Worst customer service from any online vendor that I can recall. Slow, thick, repetitive, vacillating. English as a fourth language. Boil it down to a single word --incompetent.

Bad data, worse terms and conditions.

Outdated contact data, filtering out unwanted leads is a pain in the ass, you will have to pay for unwanted emails and phone numbers in most of the times.

No "unsubscribe" in settings, got charged for an extra month because it turns out you can only do it via a support chat.

Disappointed, wish we could have had better customer support

Support teams are responsive but ultimately limited in their ability to find real-world solutions to bugs in the platform. The capabilities are nice, but admin work during setup prevents most of the benefits the platform could provide from being realized. Recommend to avoid if you're using Hubspot, as the two systems have a difficult time communicating and will need to either have Zapier run in the middle, or Claude running automations which is expensive.

salesforge.ai has been a complete nightmare to use

The software keeps changing, but somehow every update makes the experience worse. Basic things randomly stop working. Sometimes I cannot even reply to an email because the system simply shows “something went wrong.” For a tool that is supposed to support outreach and email workflows, this is completely unacceptable.

The customer support experience is just as bad. Every time I contact them, it feels like I care more about fixing the problem than they do. Instead of taking ownership, the process is slow, frustrating, and unhelpful.

Special mention to Lukas with a K, who has been especially rude in his replies and often ignores my actual questions. This is not the kind of support anyone should expect from a paid service.

They also recently changed the way data is imported from Excel spreadsheets, and after that update the system stopped remembering existing custom variables. Now I have to type them manually instead of using auto-suggest, which makes the workflow much slower and more annoying.

Overall, the whole service feels like a constant mess. Something is broken basically every day. And today I was told they cannot handle my request in time because of a large number of incoming support requests. That says everything about the state of this company.

I would not recommend Salesforge.ai to anyone who needs reliable outreach software or serious customer support.

If you are in because of the AI edge…

If you are in because of the AI edge they claim to have, this is not really it. The customization of the messages per profile is barely noticeable. It also always ends with the same CTA and you have no control over it, which is to schedule a call.

As a stand alone cold email infrastructure, it works fairly well and customer support is great.

all needed tools in one place

I like you can have all needed tools in one place but you do not need to use them if you don't wannt to. The structure is clear and the support team is realy helpful. You still feel that here and there are some features missing since the plattform is quite young. But YOu see updates on a weekly bases

Reliable platform with great support

I’ve had a really good experience with Salesforge.ai so far. The customer support team stands out: they’re responsive, helpful, and actually take the time to understand what you need instead of giving generic answers.

On top of that, deliverability has been solid and consistent, which is ultimately what matters most for us. Overall, it’s been a reliable platform that does what it promises, with a team behind it that genuinely helps when you need it.

As a founder

As a founder, I'm chronically overloaded and simply don't have the time to micromanage our outreach processes. I need systems that just work in the background. SalesForge is exactly that kind of system. I set it up properly once, defined the parameters, and since then I can blindly trust that the process is running smoothly. It has evolved into an extremely reliable and predictable growth channel for us, consistently flooding our calendar with new demos.

Full of bugs

I've never had such a bad experience with a software product, keep running into bugs with their multi channel sequencer and support is not helpful. They overpromise in their marketing but can't live up to the expectation.

Strong outbound tool with great deliverability

We have been using Salesforge to run outbound campaigns across multiple inboxes and domains, and the deliverability has been solid. The plain text sending, bounce protection, and ESP matching make it feel reliable and well built.

The interface is simple to use and makes managing sequences easy. Overall, it is a strong platform for teams serious about scaling cold email properly.

Salesforge is an excellent sending tool…

Salesforge is an excellent sending tool built from the ground up for cold email. As a professional email strategist, I know I can rely on recommending this software to my clients.

I really love the inbox, I know, but it's so intuitive to use. I would prefer that it was an easier to use credit system between active campaigns, and those that are just uploaded and saved in the database. Sometimes it gets confusing what's really been used or not.

Other than that, it's been an awesome experience because their software just works and connects with the other FORGES in the ecosystem so I don't need to go anywhere else.
