Order placed two weeks ago and hasn’t arrived

Order placed two weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived, even though it states that delivery takes 5-7 working days. To make it worse, my order was placed on the 29th August and wasn’t even dispatched until the 7th September. So they were never going to meet that quota anyway!

Email to get in touch regarding the whereabouts of said parcel and compensation, on more than one occasion, and heard nothing back other than a boiler plate email telling me that it’s a small team running the operation. Which is pretty clear from the delays and lack of response.

They may make nice clothes, who knows, but it’s worth sticking to retailers who can actually stick to their word and inform you if there’s any issues

I have been in two Saltrock shops

I have been in two Saltrock shops one in Torbay and one in dalton park both have been very welcoming and friendly. The staff were super helpful too. Would highly recommend both shops. Also the quality for the hoody and jumper I got was amazing and I love it.
