Great shirts at a decent price, staff really helpful too

Bought a waterproof coat in sale down from £120 to £30. Was sceptical but Saltrock is usually reliable with regard to quality. When it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised - great coat, great value.

Really great quality ,designs and good value,the cotton washes well. sizes are on the generous side,and can vary from item to item so worth checking. Latest order two tees were huge and one fine but all stated large,if it says loose or slim that would be expected but it was obviously just down to the style ? Having said that,the whole family love their stuff !

I attempted to return 2 items in the shop in Exeter with valid email, order code and items tagged and in wrapping. Both items too small. Staff member was initially helpful but unable to process request due to IT issue. Senior member call who was not helpful and kept on stating could not refund as unable to locate order on the system even with email order code, items in new, unopened conditions, waiting my time and still having unusable items as they refused to refund there advising to come back when IT system working or send back. Very unhelpful and not necessarily, that could have been refunded with evidence I had of on line purchase

Saltrock trend is great but they need to use a different more reliable delivery service as its expensive and it takes to long.
Inpost or evri maybe better than Royal mail.

We visited the Perranporth store, which is a great store and brilliant staff. The staff was very welcoming with good knowledge and where more than happy to listen to our 10 year-old talking about his day surfing.

The store was well presented and offers all on display the assistant found a great hoodie for my grandson and some t-shirts for me. The lady that served us was very polite and friendly great smile with a bit of banter she should be thanked as a valued member of staff. The quality of the items are fantastic hard-wearing and washable and I will say again the service was 10/10

Saw a lovely jumper in the sale in the Saltrock shop Berwick-upon-Tweed but it was too large (only one left in stock) so I ordered the correct size online. It was delivered very quickly.

Great pair of sandals comfy and very supportive on heels. Picked the sandals up in the sale well worth the price, would pay normal price for these their really good.

I have shopped in salt rock since its early days when it was just in Cornwall,I do feel the quality of a lot of the men’s clothing has gone down Mainly tee shirts properly do to market pressure. I still like to have a look in whenever possible but as an ageing man 63 there’s not always something for me ! Fat face /white stuff are often my shops of choice

The two ladies were so helpful and worked together to help me find exactly what I was looking for and in other colours too :) very friendly
