Predatory business model

I was given this item as a gift. The giver did not realise that the device is useless unless the user pays a monthly fee. That's on the giver.

This is just a terrible product. Having to pay a monthly subscription to some corporation to avoid having to pay the state for your legally due driving ticket is nothing short of stupid besides immoral.

I will just eat any potential tickets, and hopefully the state can use that money to save lives in the future due to speeding. Do not give the money to this greedy corporation which - let's face it - profits of speeding as a service.

Shoddy business model, misleading product advertisement, and immoral business concept all around.

Saphe T is a good device, but...

Saphe T is a very good driving aid, but please take inspiration from Coyote to improve it.

First, I had to search extensively online to find it. It's available on Amazon Germany, but not on Amazon Belgium, the Netherlands, France, etc. Why?

Second, you need to try to understand what kind of driving assistance it offers. Create a clear website in multiple languages ​​and remove discontinued models.

Third, it's impossible to find a user manual for this device; you have to guess how it works, but, customer service is excellent (Jonas helped me solve an installation problem), the device's build quality is very good, as is the screen readability. It lacks a few features (see Coyote), and above all, try to promote it in countries like France, Belgium, the Netherlands, etc., to increase sales and, consequently, the number of community contributors.

I have been using this service for a few months now and overall it has been a positive experience. The product itself is solid and the pricing feels fair and reasonable for what you get on a monthly basis. The team has been helpful and easy to work with throughout. That said, the app and dashboard interface could use some improvement — particularly around reporting features, which feel a little clunky at times. It is not a dealbreaker by any means but smoothing that out would make the overall experience even better. Happy with the service overall and plan to continue using it.

It had stopped worked and I contacted the helpline where Asta provided very clear detailed instructions which I followed and my Saphe is now working again.

Great Product and Great Customer Service!

I had an issue with my Saphe product, not because of the Saphe product, but because of my stupidity in dropping it on a concrete slab, which meant it would not function properly.

I contacted Saphe and explained my issue and asked for some help and advice from their customer service team, within a single day I not only had a positive response but my Saphe unit was replaced too.
No fuss, just excellent understanding and service.

I contacted support

I contacted support, but did not receive any help. My device constantly switches warning signs by itself, and gives a signal, even when I am not driving,This is very distracting . The device does not work correctly, I regret the money spent.

Purchased the Saphe mini 22/09/25 and…

Purchased the Saphe mini 22/09/25 and it finally needed recharging on 01/01/26 and I do 15,000+ miles a year.

Excellent device, the fixed camera detection is very good and the over speed warning is excellent.

This device works so much better than I expected.

They contact me to offer me to be a business customer for them.
