My work with Sassy Digitizing isn't quite finished however I have to write and say how accommodating they have been, how dedicated they have been to getting the designs just the way I want them, and how communicative they are. They call, they email, they follow-up. They are truly concerned that they are providing not just top notch digitizing, but top notch customer service as well.

I sent them the graphic for a new item expecting it to take a week for the final product. It took less than a day to receive the finished version. They were very responsive and easy to do business with. I will certainly use them for any future needs
