I tried to pay my bill, but they wouldnt let me pay and enforce it through a debt collector instead, in a language I dont understand. That collector charges 800 dkk on top. The payments stopped coming out my account without my knowing (due to some bank error)
They dont answer the phone. they refuse to handle any payments. 10 days response on mail. cant do anything on chat, phone lines never open. ai bots etc.

The worst Fitness dk, and the service online comes as same level. I have tried to pay in sats call them many times send email answer me after 10days and now they put me to pay via intrum the dobbel amount like they make more money out of it. Why cant you just put your card online and pay lol shit company

Absolutely unacceptable!!! I’m extremely disappointed with SATS’ new booking rules.
Anyone who attends the Reformer classes knows that even when you book three weeks in advance as a Basic member, you can still end up on the waiting list because the classes fill up so quickly. Now SATS has reduced the booking window for Basic members to just one week!
So what’s the message? If I want any realistic chance of getting into the classes I’m already paying for, I’m expected to pay even more for a Premium membership. SATS is already significantly more expensive than many other fitness centers in Denmark, and now you’re making it even harder for loyal Basic members to access popular classes unless they upgrade.

This feels like a money grab, not an improvement for members. Loyal customers are being punished instead of rewarded. These new booking rules are completely unfair, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing.

Frederik Zacho (Amager Strand) completely understood the goals we discussed during our intro meeting and since then I have been running without a problem.

Frederik was great at explaining every details of each exercise, correct and adjust what worked and did not.

It made me confident in training by myself just after 3 PT sessions.

I've trained with PT Frederik Zacho at SATS Amager Strand over the past year. 

Frederik is extremely attentive, supportive, and really knows what he is doing. He always made me feel comfortable and motivated.

Thanks to his guidance, I made more progress than I ever expected. Every session was personalized, and he always took my goals, wishes, and how I was feeling into account.

He is always cheerful, and I always left the gym in a good mood. Training with Frederik became something I genuinely looked forward to.

I have been curious about the HYROX classes at Sats and gave them a try. I really enjoyed the classes with trainer Daniel at Parken, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Its really high energy, motivating and challenging. He is a very nice guy that always has a different plan and different ideas. Training at these classes makes it less dull, a great experience. Shoutout to Daniel!

Great Hyrox class training with Daniel in sats parken. I've done it a few times and he has great energy, motivation and most important of all good music. Hard workout, can recommend ;)

Lack of transparency and service mindset

I have been a member of SATS Hørsholm for quite some time and have experienced repeated increases in the monthly membership fee in one year. In itself, this can be accepted provided that service quality and transparency increase accordingly.

What caused my dissatisfaction was required to charge 149 DKK for a body fedt analysis. In practice, this simply involves the member stepping onto a machine, without any personal guidance, additional service, or consumption of materials.

There was no clear information provided in advance about this extra charge, and I had previously used the machine without being informed that a fee applied. This creates a sense of ambiguity and a lack of fairness toward loyal members.

For me, this is not about the amount itself, but about the principle. When fixed facilities in a gym with an already high monthly fee suddenly require additional payment without added value or explanation, the relationship begins to feel more like “payment over service.”

It is this lack of transparency and human-centered service that makes me unlikely to renew my membership.

They only write - that the price is communicated and if you don't agree than cancel your membership - good bye

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Most unreliable Sportclub - it's dirty never cleaned properly and THEY RAISE MEMBERSHIP with an absurt amount which is even ILLEGALLY - every year out of proportion percentage. DONT SIGN UP!!!
And the customer service is worse - they don't take anyone or anything serious - it's only due to their strong position in the market they can do this...... Be aware before signing anything(!)!()!()!()!()!)

Don’t believe any word of what they say! It’s a trap!!!
No response ever - bút text messages if you don’t pay within 48h you will get a fine….
And creasing membership with more than 20% each year - more than 300% increase in 5,5 year is NOT a reasonable or legally approved increase/ adjustment - it’s out of proportion and terrible! Especially in regards to the service level, dirtiness and unsafe situations in the sauna (benches literally broke down (mind you my weight is 51kg) and their response; oh we will have a look have a good day?!?!)

When I started training with Artur Souza, I was suffering from a herniated disc in my lower back and persistent spinal pain that affected my daily life and mobility. I was careful and concerned about training, but from the first sessions Artur showed a high level of knowledge and responsibility.

He designed a program specifically adapted to my condition, focusing on safe movements, core stability, posture, and gradual strength building. He closely monitored every exercise and made sure I never pushed beyond what was appropriate for my recovery.
Over time, my pain reduced significantly, my movement improved, and I regained confidence in my body. I am genuinely grateful to Artur for his professionalism, patience, and support. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much better today and can train safely again. I highly recommend him.

Artur Amaro De Sousa at SATS Adelgade is the real deal. Personal Trainer, nutritionist, motivator, and just a good human. I started PT sessions with Artur 6 months ago with recutting foot pain, knee pain, back pain and shorter pain. Today, these ailments are virtually gone. I’ve lost fat and built muscle mass, and now seeing a noticeable physical difference. But most importantly, I’m stronger and healthier thanks to this guy and the continued progress is motivating. The gym and overall experience with staff at SATS Adelgade is also great. Can’t wait to see the results Artur and I achieve together over the next 6 months!

Emiliano is a true professional. Always on time. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Easy to deal with.

I run into Julie at Sats ABC and out of a simple question I discovered I need to fix a lot with my subscription . She was very helpful fast and gave me the best advices with a big smile . I asked her how are you so good She told me Sats chose and train well .

I absolutely love this chain, but mostly go to the Fisketorvet branch. Have been coming here on and off for 8 years when I've lived in Denmark (4 years) and then when visiting (often). The facilities, classes and instructors are brilliant, and I love the app as it rewards you for attending session. I have a special shout-out to Matthias who I think is the manager (have seen him in Fisketorvet for many years now). He once sat with me after I had a panic attack to make sure I was okay, and checked in with me at reception after I hurt my back (playing badminton - not in the gym). He is a really exceptional member of staff, although everyone else there seems brilliant too. Thanks for having me all these years!

I visited Copenhagen for a week in November while on vacation from Hawaii and needed a full service gym to workout at and decided to give SATS a try at their Vesterport location. The gym itself is well equipped with squat racks, a variety of well maintained machines, free weights, classes, cardio machines, a free-workout area and more! I was greeted at the door by Justin, who gave the most amazing service I’ve ever received at a gym while traveling abroad, explaining the local customs, giving me a tour of the facility and really helping me feel welcomed and at home. Five star service from him and the rest of the crew at SATS Vesterport!

I have been a customer of SATS for almost 2 years and I’m so happy!!

My favourite part are the classes they have because for me it gets lonely and mostly because I don’t know how to train on my own and what to do

But after trying so many classes I can see how my health and energy has improved and I will continue to be part of this great Gym.

Challenging workout for all biggest muscle groups. Both Danish and English class, great energy and music!

Brilliant instructors and service minded staff at the reception. But …. the lack of aircondition in the fitness room (“sal”) at Fisketorvet is becoming a big problem. When stepping into the room, where a Body Attack class had just finished, one was met with moist floors, moist equipment, moist mirrors and really heavy air. It would be great if more attention was paid to this issue.
