Very responsive and helpful support! Adam and Flavio are great!!! They always respond to my suport ticket quickly and with clear and in detailed answers. So far, I enjoy their clear, fair and straightforward trading rules, Plus excellent customer support!
The rules have been tightened and withdrawal amounts reduced; they’ve added a 10% deduction on top of the 2% profit fee—further cutting into withdrawal amounts—in addition to the monthly fees we have to pay. They’ve reduced the number of allowed accounts and the number of withdrawals, added a daily loss limit that causes the account to fail if exceeded by even a single cent, and raised account prices... that’s why I won’t be buying any more accounts from Savius.
Best instant propfirm with very high quality customer support/care. I reccommend this propfirm to all traders.

Hi I am really pleased with this company. I can trade almost double the contracts I would on my own account, and the website design is one of a kind. Thank you.

Only trade this prop firm if you know EVERY SINGLE RULE. I've had two payouts denied. A 2500 payout denied because my wife opened an account because she wanted to start practicing and that rule is buried in the fine print. Also don't trade in multiple ip addresses without telling them because that will deny the payout. A 2000 dollar payout was denied because 1 of my 10 traded days was a "flip trade" of 4 dollars profit"😲. I finally got a 2000 dollar payout hence why they sent me this link to make a review. Oh and be ulta careful and ideally only trading one account per day because God forbid you accidentally leave a counter position on between accounts for even 1 sec. If you break ANY RULE even for a second the account WILL BE DENIED PAYOUT and you won't find this out until you request the payout. Oh and don't forget they take 10% of the payout. Oh and last but not least if they deny your payout they will DELETE ALL PROFITS in the account. Savius is the worst prop firm in the industry and that's why they have to offer the cheapest straight to funded prices to lure people in.

Not that perfect
And you lose your account if you hit daily loss limit

My experience with Savius has been excellent from the very beginning. Their customer support is outstanding—professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, with clear explanations and practical guidance throughout the process.
I encountered a specific issue that required assistance, and the support team handled it exceptionally well, showing a level of flexibility and customer care that is rare among prop firms. Their commitment to helping traders truly stands out.
The payout process was smooth and efficient, with my first payout arriving quickly and without any complications.
Based on my experience, Savius combines reliable services, transparent communication, and top-tier customer support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy prop trading firm.

My negligence made me lost my account and I pleaded with the company for reactivating my account and they actually did without asking me to pay a dime. They will always be my number one prop firm. Thank you savius.

Update: I want to be fair and transparent about my previous experience. The issue has now been resolved. I spoke directly with Marc on the phone, and he also sent me an email explaining what happened with the account deactivation.
I appreciate that they finally took the time to clarify the situation and help resolve the problem. While the delay in communication was frustrating at first, I’m glad we were able to reach a solution in the end.

First of all I am pretty new to trading and I was looking for a company that could support my learning journey.
I tried other firms previously, and the experience was mediocre.
What I loved at savius was the possibility to reach out to support to quickly get help on my plaftom settings. They responded within 15 minutes with a detailed description of how to do it.
That was actually awesome.
Out of three challenges, I failed twice due to my own fault unfortunately / but with a bit of luck I got to my first payout within two weeks in my 100K account.
Payment was approved the same day and hit my account the following day.
I was very careful to follow the rules, and I even got a "well done" email from support.
I don't normally leave any feedback, but I thought the team deserves a mention.
Well done. And thank you again.

After purchasing 5–6 accounts and finally reaching payout stage, my payout was suddenly placed on hold and a compliance call was scheduled. After waiting around 9 more days under review, my payout was permanently denied.
The reasons given were “impersonation” and “coordinated/copy trading.”
During the compliance call, I clearly explained that in 2025 I had traded on my mother’s account, eventually blew that account, and never traded on it again afterward. In 2026, I traded only on my own account.
The most surprising part was being accused of copying trades or group trading simply because some entries were close to other traders’ entries. Anyone trading order flow, liquidity levels, support/resistance, reversals can naturally get very similar entries to other traders in NQ.
Another major issue was the extremely slow compliance process and communication. Replies often took until the next day or longer, while the review itself kept extending with no clear timeline.
If this account issue was already considered a permanent violation, I do not understand why it was not addressed much earlier instead of after months of trading activity and account purchases.
Before buying, I would recommend carefully checking their Discord payout logs and review timelines for yourself.

i had a good experience with savius
at first i had some trouble getting connected to the trading platform and honestly i was a little frustrated because i wasn’t sure what i was doing wrong. i reached out to support and they got back to me pretty quick.
flavio helped me with the setup and explained what i had to do without making it complicated. after that everything worked fine and i was able to get started.
what i liked most is that it didn’t feel like they just send you some basic copy paste answer. they actually looked into it and helped me.
i’m still kinda new compared to some traders, so having fast support makes a big difference. good experience overall and i appreciate the help from flavio

I have been trading with Savius for over 9 months, have received multiple successful payouts during that time, and have been actively trading the same accounts I purchased 7 months ago. I followed their rules consistently throughout and had a positive experience until I requested a payout that triggered a compliance review.
On February 1st, 2026 I requested a payout. On February 13th, just days later, they conducted a verification call in connection with moving me to a live account, which I accommodated willingly and transparently — I showed them exactly how I trade, including my copy trading setup. I only copy traded my own Savius accounts using Quantower, which is allowed under their rules.
On February 17th they sent an automated email saying my payout had been moved to review pending a final decision. After that — nothing. They never followed up once. On March 19th, over a month later, I followed up myself and received no response. On March 25th the only response I received was that my email had been forwarded to their compliance team. The only reason I heard anything further was because a very helpful affiliate intervened on my behalf.
At that point Savius told the affiliate they wanted to deny my payout due to copy trading. They then scheduled a second call with me on May 4th to discuss this. On that call, when I explained that I only copy traded my own Savius accounts, they dropped that argument entirely mid-call and switched to claiming that my use of Edgeful violated their rules. When I asked them to point to where in their published rules Edgeful was mentioned, they were unable to reference any specific rule. Edgeful is a data aggregation site.
Notably, despite claiming my trading violated their rules, Savius offered me a live account funded significantly below both my requested payout amount and what their own published live account funding table indicates I should receive based on my sim account sizes. They stated that the way I traded was acceptable for live trading — just not for the simulated accounts where I earned my payout. If my trading approach genuinely violated their rules, it is difficult to understand how it would be acceptable for live trading but not for the simulation that preceded it. And if my trading was acceptable for live trading, it is equally difficult to understand why the payout I earned in simulation was denied.
On May 5th, the day after they finalized my payout denial, I noticed a new rule had been added to Savius's FAQ that did not exist during my time trading with them. Savius often responds to negative reviews by questioning the ethics of the trader leaving them. So I'll ask the same question: Is it ethical to keep a trader's payout under review for over 90 days with no communication? Is it ethical to continue collecting monthly data fees from that trader during those 90 days while they cannot trade and you won't respond to a single email? Is it ethical to deny a payout citing copy trading, then abandon that argument when proven wrong and pivot to a different reason mid-call? Is it ethical to deny a payout claiming a trader violated a rule, then offer that same trader a live account confirming the exact same trading approach is acceptable — just not in simulation? Is it ethical to add a new rule to your FAQ after denying a payout — a rule that did not exist while the trader was actively trading and earning their payout?
The new rule states that copy trading from any other source, person, AI-based service or signal room is not allowed. Let me address each part of this rule directly. I did not copy trade from any other source, person, or signal room — I only ever copied my own trades between my own Savius accounts, which their own rules permitted. I did not use any AI-based service to place or direct my trades — I used Edgeful, a data aggregation site that shows historical market probabilities, the same way a trader might consult a chart or an indicator. By that logic, any trader using a chart or indicator to inform their decisions would also be in violation of this rule. I placed every single trade myself manually. I demonstrated my self-directed trading strategy transparently on the verification call. As for awareness of basic market dynamics — I developed my own trading system from scratch, built my own risk management rules, and traded profitably for 9 months. I understood exactly what I needed to understand about how markets move to execute my system successfully. That is market dynamics awareness for the style of trading I developed.
I followed their rules. I was transparent. I was patient. I was still denied a payout I legitimately earned. Traders should know this before choosing Savius.
What can I say about my experience with Savius? It has been great.
Great product, good price, and outstanding customer service.
My payout was processed very quickly, and funds hit my account within 48 hours.
Great experience. Will buy again :)
