Great Service

Great Service, very helpful and friendly team - Highly recomend!

They were always prompt on communications, very professional, yet friendly.
Kept us informed all the way. Helped us get the price we wanted for the house.
Even through the very slow months, they would still in contact us regurlarly, updating us about the market changes and how to deal with it - which was so important during the stressufull sale period.
The completion team managed both sides of the sale and kept us informed on a regular basis without us needing to chase.
Great experience start to completion.

Saxons provided excellent service

Saxons provided excellent service. Well marketed and we had an offer quite quickly. That fell through but a new offer followed quickly and the sales progression team then did an excellent job chasing down the chain for updates and keeping us well informed throughout. Thank you and well done Saxons.

We had our flat on the market and had three potential purchasers who then pulled out.
Saxons continued to remarket until we completed our sale today.
It has taken a year but the staff were brilliant especially Lisa and Sam who were always upbeat and positive and I was kept updated constantly.
I would highly recommend Saxons and have used them over the years since moving to Weston

5 star service

I bought my new house through Saxons and from the moment my offer was accepted to completion I was kept up to date with every step.
I found the staff to be professional at all times and a special mention to Ryan and Debbie who responded quickly to any questions I had.
I would definitely use Saxons again in the future

Dear Dan Filer

As you are aware we started managing your development in July 2025 which is 9 months,( I Note your complaint states you have 5 years of issues from the management company) as the residents were unhappy with the previous managing agents they asked the developer to appoint a new managing agent.

After the contract was tendered Saxons won the tender and since being instructed have held several welcome meetings as well a recent AGM, which you had been invited, able to send proxy or ask for any other business to be discussed, all of which you have not done.

Since managing the building we have had three residents in your building become directors of the management company, instructed local contractors which reduced the grounds maintenance costs by over 20% and reduce the cost of your buildings insurance from £93,000 to £55,000 which is a 40% saving for the same cover.

You have stated that you are a contracts manager at Cambridge Maintenance services and have the knowledge to review all the contractors on site completing works and wished to view all the paperwork. We arranged a meeting in our offices for you to view all the paperwork you requested; however you failed to turnup to the meeting we called you to see if you were running late, but you still didn’t attend. We have since offered you opportunities to review the information; however, I understand that you currently to busy to attend.

I know we have communicated with you on several occasions mainly to have your van removed from the site to the breach of lease, chasing arrears which have not been paid and are now in the process being recovered via our solicitors as the request of the directors of the management company.

We are more than happy to meet with you as previously suggested.

Avoid them

Avoid them.
Leaking water roof its not emergency. U will wait 3 months to fix it
100 years garden door not closing when too cold or too hot not emergency. Will bot fix in half year.
No light in toilet. Dont care. Not done in half year.
Reports ignored and end of tenancy it became my fault
Bushes 6 meters high is landlords responsibility but they sent me £1010 bill. Its a joke
U will never get deposit back. They sent 45 pages with 567 photos
Very rude and highly not recommended

Sale of Flat

I have been very pleased and impressed with the experience of selling my flat with Saxons. From the beginning to the end of sale every was dealt with great efficiency Lisa who I was involved with on the progression of sale has been very professional, helpful and knows her job very well and answered any questions raised. 10/10

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Do NOT use them. They are not trustworthy. Very unprofessional company. We stand by this and have requested other complain.
Strange how you, Jeff, replied now after we have had to start with a formal complaint and in the process of collating for hand over to TPO and TPI. Accounts were outstanding until last week after continuous chasing of months and are a mess as per the report you will receive, months have gone by with no communication from you which is all now documented evidence. We refuse to meet you on site after months of emails asking for resolution which you ignored after numerous emails. You are not a trustworthy person as agreed by all directors and this has been communicated to you as to why no site meeting. People need to be made aware of business like yours and how you conduct yourself. It is why sites like this exist, to warn other so they don't have the same experience with their lives and time being wasted on incompetence.
To date all the issues are not yet sorted and only started communication recently which could have been avoided when they were raised months ago. We have requested others to make complaints as we are not the only ones who have had such a terrible experience.

Further to your letter of complaint, after reviewing the content I replied to all 8 pages in detail on the 9th of March.

In my letter I have asked for more information from you as well as offering to meet with you on site to rectify the issues you had during our management which you have refused.

We still await the information from you and responses to our proposals and look forward the information and concluding the matter.

I have also spoken with your new managing agent and they are not outstanding any paperwork of information. For transparency we did provide all the paperwork to them with bank statements etc.

Outstanding Service!

After using another local Estate Agents and having very little interest for 6 months, Saxons marketed our property and it sold on the very first viewing!
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Sales Progression were amazing! Thankyou very much to everyone at Saxons!

We have sold and bought properties…

We have sold and bought properties through Saxons in the same chain. From valuation, viewings & the sale/buying process we found Saxons helpful.
Hannah helped us achieve a sales price for our property that helped enable the purchase we made. Lisa in particular was also helpful with the sales progression process, chasing buyers/sellers & solicitors in the chain to get get to completion.

This sales conveyance is the second one…

This sales conveyance is the second one with Saxons in the last 12 months so that says something for a start.
The valuation and sales team are very proactive with an honest and genuine view on what I should really expect to achieve with an asking price Target.
Viewings came along quickly with feedback soon after ( Good & not so good ) thats what a seller needs to know.
Once the sale is underway the sales progress team kept me well informed and nearing the end they were extremely helpful and Lisa made a great effort to bring it to completion.
Saxons did very well with both sales.

Helpful and professional
