perfect company
I only had positive experience with this company:
- Perfect Post cards colors (unlike other known sites for designers that I tried)
- Voucher (Gutschein) for printing failure of post cards that was partly my fault partly the software fault.
- I uploaded wrong post card design (2 times backside) from my experience, any other printhouse will proceed the print even if I tried to stop the production. They actually sent me notification email saying we can't see front side and back side of the post card. And postponed the production of this specific post card and sent all the rest. RESPECT!
so far, no problems at all and I'm more than satisfied with the quality.

We were a previous customer - wanted to order our annual calendars for 2025 - there was an issue with Saxoprint website - when uploading art work - no one would help - and at one point we were told they weren't graphic designers - and suggested we go somewhere else - so we did - VISTAPRINT - cheaper and easy to upload art work - and better quality

Bad quality of product, and no reimbursement. Be aware that they will not accept the complaint after 14 days. If a quality of the print is not homogeneous, and you will see it only later, they will not even care to find an arrangement. Avoid

I do graphic design and prepress for 20 years now. Never have I had such a bad experience with any print shop, no matter how big or small. As a test for possible future cooperation, I ordered 500 simple business cards, black, white lettering, on nature paper. They have sent me cards printed on cheap kunstdruck paper, and of course, everything was smudged, ugly to touch, rubbish. I complained, they responded that they didn't have a specimen of the job in their archive and that I was supposed to send them three cards that they can examine. (They were probably hoping I will never do so.) And I did. Their response was that "the toner had filled up the pores in the paper, and that was why the print was so slick on touch, and that smudged print was normal for uncoated papers. Of course, they were claiming the paper was the one I ordered: nature paper. Both on the lettering and brims it is clearly visible the paper is brightly white and coated. I didn't accept their 15% off, because what they delivered is rubbish and an insult, and after that they never responded again.

Very satisfied by their quality and prices.

Excellent Company!
The products are high quality, vast variety and the page layout is modern but simple to navigate on.
Would definitely choose Saxoprint over any other company!
Also the service provided is TOP TOP TOP!

Got 500 business cards for 9,90€.

Half the price and more than double the amount of any other site I found. And the cards look good.

I would use it again.

My company has used SAXO Print in Germany several times. Each time we use them, it gets worst and worst. It takes ages for them to let us know if the upload's ok, reply emails/phone calls. Their customer service representatives are completely useless. When requesting something their regular answer is "We can't check or change or respond in this regard". We printed 1000 brochures but the print job was a disaster, some bold some regular, colors were off. When we asked for a refund or reprint all we got were excuses/blames. Despite me writing this review in English, the contact process directly with them were in German.

Will never use them again.
