This company has recently taken over management of my flat building, and unfortunately the experience so far has been very disappointing.
Firstly, the management fee has increased well beyond the rate of inflation. Secondly, the level of service provided does not reflect the cost. I have called and emailed numerous times regarding a door that will not lock, yet I have received no response at all.

With the previous management company, issues were acknowledged and addressed within the hour during working hours. I am therefore struggling to understand what this significantly higher management fee is paying for.

I would appreciate it if SBA could address these concerns as a matter of urgency.

12 under their management as a resident, I've witnessed systematic failure to resolve any property-related issues. Incompetent and careless management, ignored complaints, excessive subcontractors fees, wrong accounts and overpriced subservices, rude, verbally abusive and mentally unfit receptionists are kept at a highest salary at the expense of the residents and residents' complaints are completely mismissed....
