They were good but now i have just problems due to them!!!

Poor decision making, wont support them at all! I have blocked account and cannot access my lifetime savings now. BEWARE!

Supporter of a criminal state. Avoid.

They deducted money without consent. They claimed it was for a traffic penalty despite the fact that I don’t drive a car, and I don’t have a driver’s license. Very disappointing.

They are holding my money since December and they don’t want to give me back. We are talking about 8382 EUR. Since 3 months, they haven’t given me any answers about my preoccupations. It’s a fake bank 🏦. I want everyone to it. As they are not international (only in Russia) they don’t give a f**ck about their image.

They have been holding my brother's money for more than three months already for an uncompleted transaction. Returning the money to the owner is still a problem. I wonder how some banks work?!

tryied to send money using sberbank MIR card through "paysend". because of the failed transfer, "paysend" informed that they returned the money back to the card, but sberbank still shows status "processing" more than 3 weeks, are you crazy sber? Help line didnot help at all just standard replies "wait" and "we will check". I wrote the claim already but still no reaction. My suggestion AVOID SBERBANK ALWAYS!

For the second time a use a bancomat inside a sberbank office and do not have credit the amount. Complain immediately to the management. They answer me that is not possible to check right away but they open a complain with the customer service at the 900 number. After a week still waiting. Call few times ghe customer service. Give me same answer that I nedd to wait.
I think that is absurd and definetely will close my account as I receive credited my money.

Not the best but an average choice for a Russian Citizen, but every foreigner Investor should stay away from them!

My girlfriend cant access her 3ds verification code because her sim card is broke. 3ds is the code that is sent to your phone to verify transactions, we are both stuck abroad due to the epidemic, this idiotic bank requires her to be in person at a local bank in Almaty to set up a new code.

These dirtbags, apart from setting robbing exchange rates, don't even allow you to send your own foreign currency anywhere.

Great bank to use, great app too, very easy and convenient. Really good between SB users

To the last poster here, you really need to update your phone for more correct work out there. So you will really make it happy there. They also do not pay a lot in fixed deposit rates, but if you need to get a loan you will pay less as well. Good bank.
