I used their service for my Schengen visa application and satisfied overall. Fair pricing, I guess pretty standard, and they managed to organize everything in just 2-3 days after my request. Communication can take a moment, a bit slower maybe due to peak times, but they get the job done quickly. Fingers crossed now while I wait for the approval; I hope it all comes back positive!

My name is Azem and I connected with this company regarding my wife’s Schengen Visa as all family members are British citizen but we need visa for her. I checked online and I was not able to satisfied with the reputation of the companies, but as soon as I contacted them, I got to know that I am with someone who can manage it and luckily they managed everything very easily from Appointment booking to document preparation, everything was as good I can recommend them who needs to sorted this asap.

This is the worst agency ever.

they charged me almost £900 for my holiday (3 days). They were acting so shady, when i made my payment, they said that was all i had to pay, when i went for my appointment i was told to make another payment.
That told me i was going to stay in a hotel, just for me to check my booking and discover it was hostel, when i asked them why that is, they told me to pay more money.
I saw the signs but i had gone deep already. When i ask questions, they would reply me at midnight.

At the end of the day my Visa was refused.
Their approach towards the situation considering it was my first time travelling was mind blowing. They asked me to call them and also told me they were doing me a favour to reapply, even though i was going to make more payments.

I have alot to say but i will end here by saying; use them at your own risk.

You need to be very clear on when you want your appt and if you want to check the application form before hand since it's effortful to change your application form after they submit them. They initially scheduled my appt 3 weeks after we spoke which I felt was too late so I asked them to find another slot that was sooner. They were able to get me another appt that fit my timeline better and provided documentation quickly. Thanks Desh.

They are very rude. If they found out that you are not sure client or you are just inquiring, they will start being sarcastic in answering all your questions. They also get irritated if you have too many question which is a red flag. Mind you, the owner is the one contacted me. Beware
