I opened this account a few years ago and forgot until recently that I had money in it. When I logged in I did a few spins and won a decent sum. I then tried to withdraw it, but my payment card had expired and so they asked me to send in a bank statement and bank details, which I did straight away. Since they I have heard nothing back from them, despite sending in several emails. Right now they have got hold of my money and don't appear to be paying out. I wouldn't recommend this company as they are completely ignoring me and I can't understand why!

Wins are very small here even on bonus rounds they don’t pay what the bigger casinos pay. I think the money they have available to pay winners is very small so the wins are capped no point joining you won’t profit.. the only slots I profit from are on tombola.. make sure you withdraw when ever you win a withdrawable amount even if it’s the minimum amount (Play Safe)
