Scott Dunn were helpful in listening to our requirements and booking our holiday. Anna our agent was approachable and always happy to help. We chose to book with Scott Dunn to use their Explorers Kids Club at Eagles Resort, Halkidiki, during our holiday. Our toddler really enjoyed his sessions at kids club and there were lots of lovely toys and activities available. The kids club was well equipped and the staff, Ema and Souzi, who run it are fantastic. We felt our son was in safe hands and well looked after. We would use Scott Dunn again for a family holiday. Our trip to Italy was truly the best vacation we have ever taken! From the beautiful hotels and incredible scenery to the amazing food, wine, culture, and history, every part of the trip was memorable. We loved exploring Rome, Taormina, Salina, and the surrounding areas, and each destination offered something special. The entire experience felt like a perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and discovering new places together. We came home with so many wonderful memories and are already talking about when we can return to Italy!

We had a wonderful experience with Scott Dunn . Anna and her colleagues were so helpful in the booking stage, Anna found us the right holiday for us at the right price. Really communicative in the lead up to the holiday. Transfers to and from the resort were perfect. In resort the creche was fantastic for my little one. I wasn’t at all confident she would accept going and wouldn’t have pushed her, but the nursery staff were amazing with her and I had so many regular updates with activities she was doing and lots of smiles on her face. Margarida was the guest relations contact in the resort and to have her WhatsApp us at the beginning of the trip was great. She helped us out several times with queries throughout our trip and was so friendly and quick to respond. We lost an iPhone as we were getting our transfer to the airport and Margarida went absolutely above and beyond by offering to drive it to us. Such a credit to Scott Dunn as a company. We’d definitely book with SD again as all the staff were so great and it makes a holiday with a very busy little one that bit more relaxing

My wife and I along with two other couples returned this month from a trip to Ireland and England. The trip was one of our most enjoyable ever. Although expensive, the money was worth it. The guides, the drivers, the hotel rooms, in both amenities and locations. sites and restaurant recommendations were all excellent. We added two additional attractions in London-Churchill War Rooms and Buckingham Palace. Suggest adding these two to any trip.

Suggest having cash and not using ATM's in rural areas. No banks and markup fees. Use excess money to pay down hotel charges before you leave country.

Would rate this trip 10/10.

From the moment of booking the holiday and choosing the right accommodation to arranging suitable car seats for our 4 kids for the transfer to the airport back home, the team is in every detail. This is our third year booking through Scott Dunn, they have the most amazing kids club and with 4 kids under 8 we need it and the kids love going in. They have really good qualities activities which is what we always wanted for them not just a babysitting service.
Everything was excellent, we will book out next holiday soon !

Friendly and proficient staff, everything went like clockwork.

We had the most incredible family adventure in Iceland which was arranged by Scott Dunn. I explained what we were looking for as an active family and they definitely delivered. It was the perfect holiday for us and gave us the chance to experience the authentic country — its extraordinary landscapes, culture, people and food, from Icelandic shark and Arctic char to delicious local meat and vegetables.

Scott Dunn have excellent partners in Iceland who took great care of us and were very professional and knowledgeable.

Every day brought a new adventure: glacier climbing, mountain hikes, kayaking and jumping from the rocks, horse riding, biking, zip-lining, climbing ravines and exploring volcanic caves. We travelled far beyond Reykjavik to see black-sand beaches, waterfalls and rainbows, puffins and seals, icebergs, craters, tectonic plates, geysers and volcanoes — and were incredibly lucky to see the Northern Lights too.

We completely fell in love with Iceland's barren, wild and beautiful landscape. The trip managed to be thrilling, educational and enormous fun all at once, while still giving us time to explore Reykjavik and experience Icelandic culture. A truly unforgettable family adventure and one we will be talking about for years.

Attention to detail was great! We were guided through each part of the travel experience which made it stress-free.

We've just returned from a wonderful trip to Ecuador. Simon had reviewed our previous travels with Scott Dunn and asked the right questions to put together a trip that was perfect for us. We use Scott Dunn whenever we go off the beaten path and have had great adventures in South America, Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan and northern India.

Having now booked 3 trips with Scott Dunn to Crete, Thailand and South Africa, planning our upcoming trip to Mauritius with our newborn son we had no doubt we’d be booking through Scott Dunn yet again. The service and ease of booking, the knowledge of the team and their willingness to go above and beyond is always so appreciated, and moreso now with a little one in tow! Thanks SD for your continued expertise and service, we look forward to booking with you for years to come.

I had the terrible experience of booking with Scott Dunn for a family vacation to Maine and Boston a few weeks back. They certainly do not know what they are doing, nor familiar with places in the United States, but they certainly know how to charge you. The proposal included a map of Europe. I told the agent who was working on my trip that I wasn't going to Europe. It was a very expensive trip for which the hotels were moderate and one was in a seedy area where we were accosted by a lady lookin for money. Can you imagine paying over $26,000+ for a trip from Saturday to Saturday which included 3 hotels (2 rooms each) car rental for 4 days and 3 expeditions. They certainly know how to stick it to you, In one of our hotels the bed was 1-1/2" away from a tiny bathroom. My husband was able to get us a small reduction, nothing what the travel agency made on it. There were no restaurants in 2 of the hotels to speak of. After writing a letter to the Senior V.P. of the company I heard back from a Sales Team Manager-Europe, who said that she would like to speak to me, together with the Sr. V.P. Wow, now I thought they were going to give me some type of refund, but NO they just wanted to give me the run around and thank me for my input so that they would have the information for anyone else in a trip like that. I'm still out $26,000+, which will take me sometime to pay off. My advice, "Think Twice Before Using Scott Dunn."

We initially enquired about a trip to Mauritius over Christmas, which evolved into a discussion about travelling in February instead due to budget considerations.

After receiving your quote, we found a more cost-effective option to Mauritius through British Airways and let the sales advisor know. We then discovered through our own research that the weather in Mauritius during February wasn't ideal, so we decided to explore alternative destinations - and wanted to book these through Scott Dunn.

Unfortunately, the experience with the sales advisor was very disappointing. Rather than seeing this as an opportunity to help us find the right trip, she came across as dismissive and uninterested in retaining our business. When we asked about other options over WhatsApp, her entire response was: "Would you prefer to book with BA holidays though?" This felt passive-aggressive and made us feel as though we were wasting her time.

This is not the standard of service we expect from Scott Dunn. As a family of four with an interest in high-end travel, this experience has put us off entirely.

Absolutely loved Peru. Our guide Ludwig was the best guide we have ever had. My husband is very interested in history and Ludwig was the perfect guide for him. They were able to talk history together. It was the trip I’ve always wanted for my husband. Ludwig also took care of every detail. We felt so well taken care of. In Quito Gabby was also great. She gave us the history of the city and gave us helpful recommendations on where to eat and shop.

We've been very lucky to have travelled all over the world. But last year we booked a holiday with Scott Dunn to the Maldives ( for my 50th) and it was everything we hoped it would be. Given the great experience we didn't hesitate to book again with Scott Dunn this year for my husbands 50th - our first safari to Tanzania and then to Zanzibar. It was incredible, we stayed in the most amazing tented camp, had an exceptional game drive guide, hot air balloon drive and then luxury/relation in Zanzibar. This was all at the recommendation of Scott Dunn. Thank you to Jenny & the team , you really made it effortless and delivered above and beyond what we could have done directly! We look forward to booking our next holiday with you soon

My initial experience with Scott Dunn this morning was really disappointing. I submitted an enquiry for a special occasion trip with a healthy budget and was expecting a personalised, expert consultation. Instead, the call felt rushed and uninterested. The consultant didn't ask any inquisitive questions about what I was looking for, didn't take any meaningful details and offered very little information about the country I wanted to visit.

I came away feeling like they simply didn't care about my enquiry. Given the lack of engagement and effort, I'll be taking my trip elsewhere.

Scott Dunn have helped me plan the most wonderful holidays across the world. They work actively to listen to your needs and come up with some amazing ideas of things to do and places to visit. I will definitely continue using them for more adventures.

It seems cliche' to say trip of a lifetime but this was the trip of a lifetime. With a general outline of our interests and no idea what Greece had to offer, Scott Dunn built a multi-island adventure that gave us a new surprise every day culminating with a private boating and sunset dinner experience in the caldera of Santorini. We keep asking ourselves what was our favorite part, Athens and its history, Sifnos and it's laid back feel, Milos and its beaches, Santorini and the food and wine. They were all different and I don't think we can pick a winner. Scott Dunns experience showed and every event went on time and without a hitch. We were celebrating 35 years of marriage and this trip will be one we never stop talking about.

My wife and I travelled through China and Tibet on a trip curated and organised by Rikki Poynton, with tour guides from Wild China.
