I wish I’d read these reviews first!
I signed up on Saturday for 12 weeks to see how I got on. I’d have preferred a 7 day trial to be honest , I thought I’d registered but ended up going round in circles so ended up going for 12 weeks.
Then the only email I received was an invoice, they claim to have sent me an introductory email which I can’t find anywhere, they tell me they can see I’ve not opened it !!
So I contacted via email as recommended on the phone . I thought I was misunderstanding something as all I can see online is somewhere to record what I’ve eaten . I tried to get the app but it wants to charge me another £9.99 for that - I appreciate that’s out of Scottish slimmers control, but I don’t really want to go round in more circles with that .
So I’m trying to work out what I’m getting for my subscription, it would appear to be nothing . Despite endless emails from Andy , who to be honest I’m beginning to suspect is a bot as all he does is reel off company policy and bits off the website , all I’ve discovered is that I’m supposed to shell out even more money via Amazon to get my eating plan book . Which I suppose I should’ve worked out as it’s not mentioned on my plan, but it’s not very clear, and certainly doesn’t mention I’ll pay even more for it . To be honest I could’ve skipped the plan and bought the book off Amazon if I’d known . I’d rather like my money back to be honest but I’m sure somewhere in all the spiel it’ll say I can’t . I am quite concerned that I don’t seem to even be getting emails from them, Andy had to send me a link to continue, which doesn’t fill me with confidence. Maybe there aren’t any more anyway !
I’d almost feel sorry for him, reading these reviews he probably has to deal with complaints all day long. What a wast of money, I’m desperate to lose weight, and feel that in a slightly vulnerable state I’ve signed up to - nothing.
