Stay away is my best advise. You won’t receive any customer service what’s so ever. I made an order and emailed for an approximate delivery date. This was after their advised end of April stock replenishment. Three emails over the past two weeks not one reply. Three messages on the contact form. Nothing from them at all. Although it states reply within 24 hours. They have ignored two of my order cancellation request. Sharks like this do this and send the order anyway Im their own sweet time. And you’re expected to refuse the delivery. Which won’t be possible because the courier will obviously dump it. Then you’ll have go through the returns process. Extremely dodgy company indeed. Case number 1 — Creditors voluntary liquidation.
Confirmed with my bank. Payment reversal under fraudulent action. No communication from the company i have had to assume the worse.
In response to your reply. Interesting how you take notice only because of the reviews on here. You’ve so far ignored every message and every email I sent you. My complaint matches identical poor reviews. Im not sure what FN Brundle have to do with this screen with envy reviews. My psyment was to screen with envy. My invoice is screen with envy. Your email address is screen with envy. Your online form is screen with envy. My bank ref is screen with envy. And screen with envy on companies house has an interesting history. This information is widely available to any one.

Ordered a set of 3 trellises on Thursday at 9.30 am, received delivery within 30 hours in Scotland. Thank you for this excellent service. The trellises will be placed near fence panels and a gate in the same design, purchased 6 years ago. Still in perfect condition, so the quality will be good!

I wanted screen with Envy screens in the summer of Covid. I put an order in for quite a few, came to quite a few pounds but they were backed up and it was taking weeks and weeks and weeks to get it so I never got it and just didn’t get it, but I needed a piece of lattice out the front and to be honest with you it came within two days very happy with it and it’s really nice. Well done, scream with envy.

Advertised as due early April. Didn't receive until 7th May. Promised many times rough dispatch and never happened. Great product but if I had known the long delay I would have went with something else.

Arrived very quickly…well packaged to prevent damage.
Everything went smoothly.
Looking forward to starting my project.

Order arrived very quickly and we are extremely happy with the screens. They look great on our garage wall and break up the brickwork and add interest.

Communication good but one of the screens was broken on the right hand side bottom corner when delivered have tried to call to explain, no phone number?

I ordered 3no. 60x120 black composite panels. I received confirmation of order immediately and update emails until the goods arrived,in 3 days, as stated on their website. They used FedEx to deliver who also updated me with progress. The panels were very well packaged and are top quality. I was so pleased with the Screen With Envy service and quality I immediately rang them to say thank you. I would buy from them again and would be happy to recommend them.

Terrible communication, ordered screens at the end of March for early April dispatch. By mid April they had still not arrived. Contacted via chat no response. Contacted via email no response. I emailed to cancel order as they did not arrive on time for what they were needed for and had no response. By the beginning of may I had had nothing so contacted my bank and low and behold I then got a dispatch note a month late! Promptly responded to their email saying I have cancelled these why are you now trying to send them and guess what no response! Very disappointed.

Had to chase and threaten legal action to eventually receive my paid for product ... not good

Haven't unpacked my screens yet, but the delivery and communication was superfast

FHBrunel have responded to this review below requesting more details for my complaint .. they could see this via the email trail if they genuinely wanted to investigate their internal failures.
I have issued details of this complaint on an official letter sent to their registered address including prints of the previous emails sent and requests for information that were ignored.
I would add ... why does a genuine company only use website, email or Facebook as a way of contact? .. why is there not a usable contact number or actual warehouse, shop address advertised on their webpage?, or by general searching its virtually impossible to find them, track them down? .. on their Facebook page all of the comments have been filtered to show only the good ones .. why? .. what are they hiding?..
FH brundel say they gave been trading for 137 years .. but my searches found no evidence of that claim... however I do not dispute this.
I would advise potential customer to carry out their own due diligence .. previously Screen with Envy had a horrendous reputation.. being investigated for various financial discrepancies and ceasing trading on a number of occasions only to restart again ... BEWARE!!

Edit / update:
After sending a strongly worded email threatening legal action and criminal proceedings they instantly replied with fedex details for delivery and hey presto the following morning at 09:30 the units were delivered... no apology or explanation..!! .. I would still advise caution using this company .. their past and present actions I still consider to be dodgy. Hence still minimum 1 star.

Awful, immoral, and i belive illegal practices... I had purchased 3 screen in March for delivery early April ... nothing arrived and they have avoided my 13 emails requesting information... this company is well known over many years for taking payment without providing the goods ... they recently said online that the company was taken over by F H Brundel and would provide a better service ... but don't be fooled .. i beleive they are playing the system, making false good reviews and continuing to take away people's money with no intent to provide the goods... I will follow up on this report if I need to take legal action.

Good quality screens very quick service love them

Absolutely shocking customer service, they have repeatedly ignored my emails and have their phones constantly on engaged. All I wanted was advice on a purchase I made a few years ago but they are clearly not interested, so won’t be buying anything else from this company will go somewhere else and will certainly not be recommending them to people I know. What a disgrace don’t want to know once they have your money.
Avoid this company, go somewhere else.
