Outrageous return process for parts
Customers need to know how the parts return process works.
Even when Scuderia makes a mistake—such as a part not matching the original—the return is at the customer's expense, and they apply a 20% deduction to the price...
I have challenged such anti-customer practices and am still waiting for a response...

Buying from the United States shipping can kill the deal (or at least reduce basket size.)
There's no doubt that Scuderia parts has the selection of OEM parts US buyers are looking for. Shipping through DHL is incredibly (Ordered Thursday, parts were delivered in California Monday) fast but it's very expensive. Suggest exploring other options for shipping (going by ship) or going further by setting up a US distribution center (for the most popular parts) to avoid charging expensive air-freight and tariffs.
