Scam
Scam. Most leads were so bad they embarrassed my company. I tried to back out within the first month and now we are on YEAR TWO and they still won't let me out of the 1 -year contract. I also am convinced that most of the positive reviews are written by the owner.
I am writing to express my frustration…
I am writing to express my frustration regarding Seamless.AI’s predatory renewal policies. Despite verbally notifying my account representative of our intent to terminate the subscription, I am now being told by Jacob and Aubrey that the cancellation is invalid because it wasn't submitted in writing. They are claiming a mandatory 60-day notice period and are attempting to force an automatic 12-month renewal. This lack of transparency and refusal to honor a clear verbal notice of termination is unacceptable. Prospective customers should be extremely wary of these restrictive contract terms.
This company is very deceptive
Unfortunately the other reviews are accurate. They are extremely deceptive. The data is very bad, they require you to give 60 days notice otherwise you need to pay for the entire year of service. The customer service team is also unresponsive when you try to get help with this.
Avoid this "company" like the plague
Avoid this "company" like the plague! They lock you into a wallet draining contract even after you prove to them their shitty software doesn't work. Literally got ZERO leads. If I could give them negative stars I would!
This company does not value client relationship and money minded
This company does not value client relationship and they are more inclined to make money by all means. We had a renewal coming up and there was no reminder sent to us. It is not possible to remember the renewal date and it should be a part of their customer communications. We have other service providers who does it at the time of renewal. But they blame it on us and send an invoice for renewal for the service not utilised. Very poor ethics and customer communication.
A bunch of scammers
A bunch of scammers. They promise features they do not have and as soon as you even go for a free trial they refuse to let you delete your account and data.
I wish I could give it less than 1…
I wish I could give it less than 1 star. So much money and it doesn't do much. If you sign up for one year, good luck ever getting out of it. They are ridiculous.
Cannot cancel /terrible CS policy
Carter Hunnicut just gave me the slickest "FU" I can imagine from a "Customer service agent". He casually said when I called to cancel more than a month ahead of my renewal date, that he would be happy to cancel my subscription, and it would expire July 7, 2027, without explaining or apologizing that he could not do what I asked him to. I think he was hoping I wouldn't notice the year in his comment.
That is about the worst customer policy I can think of, and not acceptable. I will be fighting it the whole way, and decline any charges they attempt to make on my card. It is a dirty trick not to honor my request to cancel because of some small-print BS. I requested 40 days in advance, but they claim I should have requested 60 days. How many of their current subscribers remember reading that in the fine print more than a year ago when they signed up?
Jeez, I stuck with them faithfully even though their program didn't work well during development in BETA mode. While the features didn't work, etc. I gave them the benefit of human kindness and understanding, but they do not in return. I do not recommend Seamless.ai and will leave bad reviews wherever I can.
Sneaky Auto-renew is the only way they get $$
No contact from this company until they sent their collections personnel after us saying we had one day to pay DOUBLE the rate of the prior year. DO NOT do business with them. It doesn't look like anything useful came from their platform. Nowhere online does it say they auto-renew and they will make no effort to contact you when they do decide to renew you then want to charge you the full year upfront.
seamless is a scam
thanks goodness I got them to agree to month to month. could not get any support to start service. apparently they only have one support person for the company. tried to cancel, but they don't respond.
I should have read more reviews.
they were trying to charge me 5k per year.
what a scam
Honestly the ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER…
Honestly the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT there is.
- AI support sucks and doesn't solve anything
- When you open a ticket, they reach out at any given time. You just have to watch for their email.
- Even in the middle of an email exchange, they may disappear for awhile to handle other customers. So you're sitting here for hours waiting for someone respond
- Their emails may include a name, but they don't include a phone number because they don't want you to call
- Their phone listed online, goes to an AI agent. They transfer you but NEVER have ANYONE PICK UP the phone. Never ever had any pick up the phone..
These guys are a joke
These guys are a joke. Canceled my free account because when sales people reached out to me to schedule a sales call I politely told them to email me the questions they had because my calendar was overwhelmed.
Absolutely despicable!
Absolutely despicable!
How are companies such as Seamless.AI allowed to operate using European customers' data is beyond me. Scrapping your data to sell it as leads to third parties and then not even being able to complete a data portability request... Ridiculous and should be banned from every EU market!
Beware of aggressive auto-renewal practices and difficult cancellation process
The Seamless software itself was okay. It wasn't nearly as good as I was led to believe, and the data wasn't as accurate as I had hoped. However, considering the price, it is just about acceptable.
Unfortunately, the cancellation experience felt incredibly aggressive and unfair. It was never made clear to me during the sales process that the contract would automatically renew, or that I would need to cancel 60 days before the end of the original contract.
Had I known, I would have asked this to be amended or simply not have signed up with them.
My access to Seamless was blocked the same day the original contract ended. However, I was then pressed for payment for a new contract. I immediately told them I did not want to renew. Despite this, they have sent several emails demanding over $1,069 for a full year of service I have never used. I have not accessed any services since the end of my original contract, and will not do so.
Furthermore, their emails have become increasingly threatening, including warnings about sending the supposed debt to collections.
I would advise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
This is one horrible company
This is one horrible company. Pretty much what everyone says. They make it impossible to cancel and it is pretty much not presented that way.
File complaints with the states attorney general. They need to be sued for these practices.

Impossible to cancel
Like many others, we found that cancelling the subscription and getting a refund were nearly impossible. I received a renewal invoice on a Saturday (non-standard business hours) and replied within the hour indicating that the one person who used their service was no longer employed at our company and that I wanted the subscription cancelled. 5 days later, they billed us anyway.
Do NOT Do Business With Seamless.ai
Paid for a full year with the understanding that these guys knew that I'm not super savvy and that I'm a one man consulting shop and that I would require them to assist me directly in setting everything up.
Paid the fee in full, and literally never heard another word from them. No phone number that works to call them from, and when I asked for support, I got a link to a video.
These guys do not keep their promises, and even after you tell them how much you hate them for stealing your money (about $3500 in my case), they will continue to shamelessly market to you, as though you're just going to forget about them lying and stealing from you.
A2z freight
– Complete scam for trucking & logistics
As someone in the transport industry, I needed accurate contacts for carriers, brokers, shippers. Seamless AI promised real-time AI data – what a joke. Get lead from seemless and got screwed up $90k with bad freight forward and no one responsable. emails that bounce, people who switched companies ages ago. Wasted hours verifying junk, no real business from it. They lock you in contracts and ignore cancellations. This is straight-up scamming people in our industry. Do not recommend, report them.
Tool is mid - company is trash.
I don't write reviews, even with a bad experience. But this one was something else.
Tool is mid, but the company's billing practices are a nightmare. I signed up for the tool, used it for a year - it was fine. I had no idea I was set up to auto-renewal, I didn't elect auto renewal when I signed up, and I never once received a single notice of any intent for autorenewal.
Then on 6/4/25,my CC gets billed. I sent an email 6/10, basically saying I didn't receive any notice and I'd like to cancel. I was told I couldn't. I tried everything, reached out to support, even asked if I could pay the first half of the year and then not the second. They just kept trying to charge my card. I spoke with multiple people who all were no help. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Garbage company.
Avoid this Provider
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Their slogan in their email signature is “World’s Best Sales Leads,” but in my experience the quality and accuracy of their data do not come close to matching that claim.
Out of curiosity, I looked up my own information in their database and found multiple inaccuracies. The platform listed two phone numbers that I have never used and identified my current role as a position I left over two years ago. If the information about someone verifying their own profile is this incorrect, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of the broader dataset.
For a service that markets itself as a source of high quality sales leads, data accuracy should be the foundation of the product. Instead, the information appears outdated and unreliable.
Another concern is the subscription structure. The service requires a year long commitment and also requires a 60 day notice to cancel, which was not clearly communicated during the signup process. Policies like this create the impression that the company relies more on restrictive contract terms than on delivering a service customers want to continue using.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Between the outdated data, questionable accuracy, and restrictive cancellation policy, I would recommend that businesses carefully evaluate other options before choosing this provider.
