Always there is a problem with the system goes down few days ago the engineer was her to fit the part but he could have changed the batteries while here, but no few days later another one came to change them and charge me fees to do the job it is ridiculous..!!! what have 2 engineers out in space of couple of days.!?

The technician was clearly very experienced. He knew exactly how to fix things straight away. Whilst I can't fault any of the technicians that come, this one is my favourite. Very efficient.

Your engineer, Chris, has visited on several occasions. He is always polite and helpful if any problems arise does his best to address the issues. His main concern is keeping the system working with minimum fuss for the customer. His extensive knowledge of the system is a bonus.
