Although i selected a Large sweatshirt, once i completed checkout it switched to a Small, which i didn't notice until i received it.

I also ordered a sticker that never arrived.

In have still not recieved my order from 2/16.

The price is absurd but what’s even more absurd is the support or lack of. My package got stuck at customs because of an IOSS code that after 4-5 emails I couldn’t get from the support team. They just didn’t care that much and after waiting 5 business days without an answer, I declined the package.

Your products are quality made and super comfy and soft. I was so happy to get the hoodie on sale too!

I understand some of the items are custom made. That’s what I was told after I contacted the company regarding my order placed on November 25. The items were a Christmas gift. I got the items closer to new years. When I contacted the company late December regarding my order and why it hadn’t shipped yet, I got a snarky response stating some items are custom made and it could take up to 8 weeks to get. Also this was supposedly stated on the site. Surprise! It was not stated!! Fun fact, after I reached out regarding the order, 2 days later my items were marked ready for shipment. Hmmmm….interesting

I am deeply disappointed by a company that claims to be about “changing the world one fear at a time,” yet now appears to be driven primarily by profit.
I ordered a sweatshirt, as I have many times before without issue. Shortly after, I became seriously ill, and the order understandably slipped off my radar. When I later went to place another order, I noticed the sweatshirt was marked as delivered. According to both the company and the delivery service, it was delivered—but it was not delivered to me.
I contacted the company to explain the situation. I was initially told they would look into it. Several days later, I received a response saying that since the delivery service marked it as delivered, there was nothing they could do, aside from offering a 10% discount.
As a loyal customer who has made multiple purchases over the years, this response was incredibly disappointing. I am now out both the money and the sweatshirt, and the company has chosen not to make it right. A 10% discount does not resolve the issue, nor does it reflect the values the brand claims to stand for.
Because of this experience, I have lost my respect for the company and will not be purchasing from them again. Thank you for the discount, but no thank you—I expected accountability, not a token gesture.

The order is always on time and the quality of the product is ideal. (This is my third clothing purchase) I also love starting a conversation every time I wear a Seek Discomfort item. I teach 5th grade in Massachusetts and the motto to “seek discomfort “ is something we strive towards. Love you guys and your products; as well as your message. ✌️❤️ Keep on inspiring! ❤️❤️❤️

The shirts run small. The shipping takes over a month to be delivered. Placed the order Nov. 23 received the order Dec. 30. I had order 2 shirts black and white and received the wrong color as well. The good thing is they have a really good customer service team. They do replied right away and solve the issue as well.

It’s almost as expensive to get the merchandise as the merchandise it self, when you’re living in Europe. It will be the last time ordering from Seek Discomfort sadly, I really like everything else about it. Hopefully in the future it won’t be as expensive?

I love the Yes Theory Family, and I appreciate that my purchases helped plant a few trees, but sizing seems to be quite a bit off and quality was mixed.

I love watching the stories Seek Discomfort creates. It has intrigued me since the first day I found out about them. Being able to support this group and others by buying their amazing products has definitely been worth every penny and expressed emotion! And of course the products are an amazing quality that express great storie and personalemotions. Keep exploring! 100/100!

I bought the merchandise as a gift for my son in law and he was thrilled with it . He absolutely loved it

Looove the merch - well made hoodie that my hubby loves. I did mark down as I was super disappointed by the time it took to get here. Well over a month and I ordered early for Christmas and it arrived two weeks after. It may have been a holiday fluke with shipping so I do highly recommend purchasing. Just be patient. :)
