One of the worst shipping company I have ever experienced in my life so far. The driver just left the package in my parking lot and when I requested him to bring it inside he told me the price to bring inside the store was not included in our shipping cost. It was about to rain outside and he just left the package in the parking lot where people park the car. The package blocked the parking lot. No place to park for thecustomer. When I called the customer service they didn’t give me a positive response. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company. They charge you more than any other shipping company and provide no service at all.

BEWARE: This company was hired by the retailer to deliver a generator and it was supposed to notify me when it would be delivered so I could inspect it and sign the bill of landing. What really happened was they secretly delivered it to the job left it in the driveway and the driver signed my name on bill of landing and stated no damages. All previous orders that they delivered I had 24 hour notice and a 1 hr notice but not this time they didn’t even tell me it had been delivered I called to ask when it would be delivered to find out it was delivered 3 days prior then they use that excuse that I waited to long to report the damages like I’m a mind reader that the unit had already been delivered and how convenient that the unit was severely unusable $7k worth of garbage all kicked off with a forgery and statement that no damages. I can not get anyone to consider this and only yell at the phone for me to never call back. I got sued over this damaged unit for $12k judgement $5100 attorney and the original cost of $7k for the unit. They now are seizing my assets to cover the mistake / responsibility of, there’s no way on earth someone didn’t know they damaged it because it was a generator and all motor mounts popped out and motor sitting sideways in the cage. BS I wish I didn’t have to give any stars at all cause this in my opinion was fraud with forgery and a very bad way to do business it was all done with malice intent and now I have to spend more money on attorneys cause they ignore me, I’m also filing charges for forgery against truck driver maybe he can explain this or who told him to do it.
SOUTH EASTERN FREIGHTLINES is not an honorable company it’s full of shady people that want to pass the buck and have no regard for other people’s business making others look bad and lose business and income big time. Avoid them if possible you will regret it if they need to shed their responsibility onto you to save their bottom line.

Used this freight line from a vendor that compiles quotes because of their competitive price and early delivery. As soon as the pallet was picked up, the delivery date changed. The package also arrived severely damaged. Careless company...
