Cowboys!!! I’ve reported them to trading standards. 10 year guarantee lucky you get 10 days . BEWARE dont use this company or any off there other trading names check company house before using them they open and close company’s every 5 minutes.

Do not trust this company. Signed a contract in November 2021 . Paid 25% deposit. Had several install dates arranged and then postponed. Finally had to serve 6 weeks notice to get the work done or else have our deposit refunded. Nothing has happened. Have now had to submit a claim through small claims court to get our deposit back. Do not trust them!

Would highly recommend Select Home. Quoted a very good price, made adjustments to my order (my fault) with no fuss and fitters did a very tidy job.

We are very impressed with Select Windows. The price was very competitive and the quality of the PVC windows and stable door are exceptional.
The turnaround time from placing order to fitting was only a few weeks and the office made sure they kept in touch with us between order and installation, each step of the way.
Tom and Chris (our fitters) were polite, friendly and professional. They kept us informed throughout.
They were punctual and were very tidy. As we have rendering around the cottage, we were concerned there would be damage, but as you can see, they were not only very tidy, but demonstrated true workmanship, making sure there was very little/ no damage to our decor.
We felt very valued as customers and had an excellent experience. If we had any more windows to change, we would definitely use them again.

Will never order from them again. After accepting their quote, we was told the Conservatory Roof Panels would take 3 weeks to arrive. After 5 weeks and plenty of phone calls we was phoned to say they could be fitted the following week. I was out when the panels were fitted, on my return I could see into the garden under the panels. After making another phone call, the fitter returned and finished the job.Just hope nothing goes wrong with the Panels as I’ve heard and read that their 10 year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s writ on.

We installed 3 large units from Select & with in 2 years the coating on the cavity side has started to run and looks dirty. Phoned Select and was advised that if the coating comes off after two months then they will NOT do anything about it. This is the quality to expect.

What a joke 2 bay windows and cladding between them would have cost me £17,000 but gave me 50 percent off still a joke do these companies who advertise 50 percent really think they are doing us a favour yeh right jog on and shame on you

If I could give 10 stars I would. I wanted a composite stable door with matching windows at the front of my cottage. Other companies told me for various reasons this couldn't be done. I contacted select windows and they fitted exactly what I wanted and more, as there suggestions of fittings put the finishing touches.
The fitters were absolutely brilliant and perfectionists. Due to my choice of non standard door there required some repair work to the plaster around the door which was done to the same high standard.
I'm having them back to do the rear of the house.

From Dean's visit too survey and provide a quote everything was very well explained. My concerns and questions were answered and with everything covered it was easy to sign up to get my solid roof on my conservatory. Andre turned up every day bright and early and got straight to work, and boy did he work! He never complained once and was very friendly and helpful throughout the installation. He was joined on the last day by 2 plasterers who were also hard working and very professional. They took all the waste with them and left the site very tidy indeed. Well Done Select Home. I have recently had a new front door fitted by Select Windows. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. The fitting team were friendly and very efficient and left my house spotlessly clean. Louise and Mark continued to support me through a number of issues with the manufacturer and it was Select Windows who eventually resolved the issues and got me compensation from the manufacturer. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I’m not one that usually reviews as I’m fully aware that the experiences may alter from customer to customer.
I asked select home to quote on double glazing in my home based on other people’s reviews and opinions.
Chris was polite and informative and sent a very professional quotation package by email.
At no time did I feel pushed, pressured or hurried in my decision.
I decided to place my order with him for 4 windows and a new door.
He returned and measured and thoroughly discussed every aspect before we put the order in.
The installation was booked for a time and subsequently Neil and Andy came and installed the work in 2 days as promised.
My house was respected throughout the install and i was kept fully informed throughout the whole process.
In short, I could not believe how simple and professional the whole team behaved
I can now see how they have achieved glowing reviews and can only see it fit to award them the same.

Another very satisfied customer! Dean gave us a fantastically reasonable quote for tiling our conservatory roof, using our existing beams. He really knew what he was talking about rather than just selling (unlike another quote), and answered all our questions quickly and courteously (including the daft ones!). Andre completed the work and was friendly, professional, conscientious and hard working. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone :)

I invited the lovely Dean over for a quote and he was professional, informed and the quote itself was unbelievably reasonable for what we wanted. The windows and new front door were all made to measure to a really high standard and fitted within 3 weeks of the initial quote. The guys that came to fit were really polite, helpful and did a fab job, even cleaning up after themselves and helping to remove some old curtain poles. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I really liked that they were local as well - it meant that they were really amenable and made the whole job flow successfully! Thanks a lot lads!
