Aftermath of food brought from this food takeaway is awful especially when the body reacts unpleasantly from what is put in. Absolutely appalling!

DO NOT use SFC, it will kill your brand. So many packages returned due to shipping errors. I now have several angry customers. They will also keep any money you have left on your balance.

If you need to lose your time ,money and make your customers angry and not satisfied go with SFC

Their systems is not working most of the time no support and they don't answers on emails so quickly

I have ordered from three different companies who used SFC to deliver. Items were sent from China, made it to my country, cleared customs and then never arrived. I will avoid ordering from anyone who uses them.

I would not give a start if that was an option. Horrible I mean HORRIBLE shipping service. You will wait all month for a package they state will get to you within two weeks. Also don't have proper communication tools in order to speak or email someone about frustrations with services. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!

PAID 28TH JAN.
NOW 24TH FEB.
According to their own tracking records, parcel has not even left China after 27 days.
18 days before even picked up from sender.
Now 5 days stuck in Hong Kong.
Absolutely attrocious shippers.

So shameful to know that you had to charge delivery charges for sfc delivery. It explains how in loss you might be though you r charging the price equal to KFC and cudnt afford to deliver free near by your branch in burjuman. I thought the services are matching to your hype .

I've been waiting for my order since 20th November...They keep saying it's out for delivery but it never comes. I would like a realistic date .... it's been out for delivery for 1 week and never comes ..... same awnser over and over it's out for delivery

Trustable and precise.
They ship from China to the world on time. The interface is well done, and they answer your questions promptly.

2 times our freight was not passed by customs because the sender used the wrong shipping methods and so SFC returned the items to the sender, BUT SFC DID NOT record the returns in their tracking system to complete the process. So then the insurer was wrong to think our items were still in transit for 3 months. We asked SFC twice to correct & update the tracking but they just IGNORED our requests.

I recently used the warehousing and order fulfillment services from SFC team for my crowdfunding business this year, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! Their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I signed up, their team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step of the process with utmost professionalism.

Tracking said package couldn’t be delivered, a card was left and the package is held for pickup. No pickup location was given or carrier. I have no idea where they took my package and who has it.

Update: Got my package. The post office was holding it for me. Luckily I live in a small town.

Quantity was poor not even a quarter filled sfc you should be ashamed of your self's zero star rating just wish I could put up a picture rom SFC Service

Make sure you connect with client rep Becky. She is down to earth and goes above and beyond for her clients. It’ll take sometime to get used to their order system but once you do it’s all good. Smooth shipping experience so far. Hope to work with them again in the future.

I've been using SFC for about 3 years now, and they are fantastic at delivering all of my crowdfunding campaigns in mass volume quite swiftly.

Even during the pandemic they had virtually no delays in their shipping services, and were able to deliver earlier than scheduled, while so many other companies could not.

My customer service manager Maggie always goes above and beyond to make sure fulfillment runs smoothly.

I use the additional bubble wrap + box service, and get a lot of compliments on the packaging from my customers. I do highly recommend them to fulfill your crowdfunding campaigns.

My first time dealing with these people and they've delivered my package to a completely different address because they didn't deliver to me. When I've eventually found their track and trace page it tells me my parcel was delivered 3 weeks ago but not too me it wasn't, what do I do now? 😡😡😡

Be careful, if they don´t deliver packages they can have you months without packages and money, they even try that you don´t claim cutting service, facts: you will lost money and packages. Terrible company, trust me, if you have alternative, choose alternative.

My company used to freight our products to Europe and then ship them from within Europe.

Instead, we had SFC ship 100 packages from China to Europe. We saved money, the packages arrived quicker, and not a single package got lost (which is very unusual)! We were able to send the packages with VAT prepaid and there were no customs issues.

SFC's online system is a bit challenging to navigate, as is properly formatting addresses, but their customer service was very helpful in figuring it out.

So far SFC is good, good prices for small packages, good support team and convenient system. Recommend.
