We will contact you to sort out your experience with your incorrect language settings. Regarding the language, it is about the settings you have made, not default Finnish. We will show you where you change this to Finnish (default).
On your other question – if there is a cost when calling the watch depends on you cell phone provider but we will have Finnish numbers for the watch shortly and then there will be no cost.
Both my family and I find it very reassuring that i can alert them if anything happens to me. The alarm works well and has once alerted them when i had the alarm in my handbag instead of round my neck. I now only keep it on my body.
I also appreciate the step counter.
