Really respect the team over at seospace. I have been a member for 7 months now and have seen continous improvement to their product. I own a small restaurant and have zero clue about seo, but with their supportive team and helpful educational content - I have seen continous growth since joining their platform. Thank you!!

The part I didn't expect was how squarespace specific it is. Most seo tools hand you a generic checklist and leave you hunting for where any of it actually lives in squarespace. This one points at the page and the field.

The customer service is top notch. Just subscribed to their new orbit product and I can get an ai agent doing the same work I used to pay a web designer $1500 a month to do. They only charged $1000 for the year

SEO Space were - past tense -a great company with a really genuinely useful product that helped me hugely with SEO for my squarespace website. Pricing was very clear and customer service was excellent.
However, since the company was sold, everything has changed and I am not renewing my membership. They now sell "add ons" that cost 3 or 4 times my yearly membership. When I innocently clicked on a "find out more" button they immediately charged me over £300 and when I contacted customer services to explain this was an error and that their website was misleading, I got a flat response which was, basically "that's your problem not ours", followed by a wall of silence. I have now received a full refund by going through my bank but not without SEO Space sending 5 pages about another customer - including their personal details.
What's more, I wasn't even given access to the add-on that I'd paid for.
I'm sorry to say that this company is not the trustworthy super helpful company they used to be. Avoid at all costs and don't enter any bank details into their website.

Company uses deceptive practices, and will charge your card for $450 if you accidentally click on AI review while you are using the free trial. I would recommend against using this company.

Update : a lot of promises but no answer and of course no refund.
My third answer from SEO SPACE :
"We checked our records and your refund has already been approved. Please remove your review which is untrue. Perhaps you missed an automated email from us a few weeks ago approving the refund." -> when I've never received a refund, and that's the first answer I've got for weeks...... They are wild !!

My second answer to SEO SPACE :
I have been contacting you for WEEKS - more than a MONTH now - and you have done nothing at all. You barely answered once! It's a shame. I wouldn't trust a company that is so desperate that they keep $100 even when the customer has asked for a refund many times.

I tried Seospace for my website. I'm just starting out and needed to know how to focus my SEO strategy and where to begin. So I chose SEO Space, which looked professional.

Except that after a few days, I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription. They immediately debited the payment from my account : FOR A WHOLE YEAR. I contacted them to explain my mistake and that my situation did not yet allow me to afford an annual subscription of this type!
They refused to listen, did nothing to help me, and never replied to my emails after several reminders.
