Great experience so far

Really enjoying working with SE Rankings. I've been in SEO for over 15 years and have used all of the tools you can imagine, but since going independent last year SE Rankings has been my main powerhouse and does everything I need. The MCP and being able to pull in keyword data via Claude along with my other tools has shaved hours off repetitive tasks like keyword research and competitor analysis.

I’ve been a customer for several years, and I’m increasingly disappointed with the direction SE Ranking has taken. What was once a strong and useful tool has become far less appealing after being migrated—without my consent—to a significantly more expensive plan. To make matters worse, the one feature I valued most, SEO page optimisation, has been removed. At a time when AI is enhancing SEO capabilities across the industry, it’s difficult to understand why a platform would reduce functionality while increasing costs.

I have had issues with reliability with their company and now that they purchased another company I was using, I am having issues there as well. Years ago I purchased a lifetime plan, based on a special they had at the time, it wasn't honored.

SE Ranking has become the central tool we run our entire SEO agency on. We use it to monitor all our clients, generate monthly SEO reports, and guide our optimization work day in, day out.

We've been with them for five years now, and in that time the platform has grown significantly. It's more expensive than when we started, but it's also a much better product, so I can live with that trade-off.

What keeps us loyal isn't just the features though. It's the support. Every time we've hit a problem, they've fixed it fast, without drama, and without making us feel like just another ticket in a queue. That kind of responsiveness is rare in this industry.

At this point, I genuinely can't imagine running SEOhaj without SE Ranking. If you're serious about SEO and want one platform to handle monitoring, reporting, and optimization guidance for multiple clients, this is it.

Great tool to track your keyword rankings and get insights on improving content.

That's your typical company that crawls random websites, gather and then sell data.

Today, two of my domains were victim to more than 30K requests from their crawlers which resulted in my server getting overloaded and thus - losing customers.

I do NOT recommend their services, avoid them at any cost.

I've been a customer for several years, and I'm very disappointed. The tool was initially very interesting, but SE Ranking migrated without my consent to a new offer that's five times more expensive than the one I had (for the same features).

Furthermore, since the Google update in mid-March 2026, ranking tracking no longer works at all.

I'm told it will be fixed someday, but they don't address the fact that I'm paying for a tool that doesn't work.

If you're hesitating to use this service, I advise you to find a more reliable tool.

Great service and would recommend to anyone. The website is easy to use.

In general it is a good system and price, but as you go deeper in using the features this is where they ask for added charges as add-ons and not included in the package. This is where SEMRush is failing and it seems that I made a mistake choosing them as they have the same business model with SEMRush which I was trying to avoid.

The limits they make are also too low, considering that the data they are using are already in GSC, Analytics and other free analytics and they charge it in your account for such feature.

Thank you for the reply, though it took you almost a month to do it. I will wait on that promise that someone will reach out and will see happens.

My experience with SE Ranking have been very disappointing. For three months the keyword rankings shown in the platform have not matched what appears in real Google search results.

Because the ranking positions themselves are inaccurate, the monthly ranking averages also become misleading. If the base data is wrong, the averages built on it cannot be trusted.

Support has not been helpful. The responses keep pointing back to project settings instead of addressing the discrepancy between their rankings and the actual search results. They keep writing about other stuff, but not dressing the problem.

The platform may be cheaper than some alternatives, but cheaper is not always better when the data used for SEO is unreliable.

And please do not write your are sorry, because you are not. Fix you platform.

Just tried out their "so-called" trial of their software to find 1/2 of its shut off and says "upgrade" instead of giving you any idea of its capabilities. What a sham. Why would i subscribe when you won't show me the data that you supposedly have of my website?
