Service, customer follow-up, accountability (i got a product with a production fault, got replacement product, didn’t even have to make a complaint. Got a mail with question about my experience, and if i was satisfied. I just answered that actually not, but i didn’t bother to contact them. This was way past any reasonable time frame for complaints, but the customer service decided to send me a new product because they didn’t want to be regarded as a «low quality store». And the replacement they sent do indeed hold high quality. I’m so happy with this store, it’s going to be my go-to whenever i need new clothes in the future!

Ordered a top initially. Took a small while to arrive and could have had a bit more tracking update info. However product fitted perfectly, exactly as hoped and described, so ordered two more both of which arrived really quickly and were perfect!
Only small criticism would be the pricing - ended up paying more than expected because it wasnt 100% clear initial pricing was in USD and with variable exchange rates etc final cost was different for all three items at checkout.
Otherwise really happy with items and service.

The tracking system is unreliable and led to my original package being stolen. However, Amy May helped me figure out what had happened and stayed in contact until I got my order. The coat is high quality.

Serremo promotes a T-shirt that is supposed to be structured to provide shape and volume to the shoulders. I ordered three shirts in size Large (6'1" 185lbs) but the shirts that I received were HUGE! Initially, i was put off by the return policy, but upon reaching a customer service representative, my concerns were addressed. The company pledged to investigate the problem and immediately provided a very satisfactory resolution. I felt heard and respected and heard as a customer.

Serremo has delivered such a great Pioneer Field Coat to me. Looking very like Leon Kennedy's one from Resident Evil 4. Love the jacket's look and it's warm to wear as well. My family and friends complimented a lot when I put on the jacket. Once again thank you so much team!

I had ordered the drifter leather coat online, I loved the look, when I got it it looked awesome, but when I tried it on not so much. I realized that I ordered my shirt size not the next up to cover said shirt size. This company read my complaint, it was my error, they do have a 60 day refund policy, I just wanted to exchange it for a larger one, so accommodating. I would recommend this company, and its c.s. Team to making things right.

I ordered a wonderful jacket, but I miss calculated the size. However, Cereno was quite accommodating and we were able to exchange for the correct size with no problems whatsoever. It’s a great experience.
