Very poor hosting provider and…
Very poor hosting provider and unresponsive support
I strongly do not recommend using this hosting provider.
My server has been experiencing serious issues for several days, and the problem is still not resolved. This directly affects my project and its availability.
What is even worse is the support team. They can take an entire day (or more) to respond, and sometimes there is no response at all. When they finally reply, the answers are often generic and do not actually solve the problem.

However, based on the type of service and the nature of the reported issue, it is important to clarify that not every server problem is caused by the hosting provider’s infrastructure. In many cases, downtime or instability can be related to software configuration, incorrect server settings, application-level errors, resource overload, third-party plugins, security changes, or actions performed inside the customer-managed environment.
With unmanaged services, the customer receives full control over the server, including root access and responsibility for internal configuration. Our role is to provide the infrastructure, network, and general support, while application and server-side administration remain under the customer’s control unless a managed service is selected.
Our team is still ready to assist and review the case again, but for an accurate investigation we need complete technical information, including logs, timestamps, recent changes, and clear details about the issue.
We are always open to helping our customers, but proper diagnosis requires cooperation from both sides.

The company takes money but doesn’t provide the services. Support is silent.
I paid for a VPS today - the payment went through, and in the hosting dashboard the service is marked as successfully paid. However, the VPS itself is stuck in “Pending” status and hasn’t been created for several hours. The only reply from support was that they deploy servers manually and would handle it in 30 minutes, but those 30 minutes passed several hours ago. Since then, support has been ignoring my messages. I’m no longer sure my VPS will ever be available. It seems the company just takes money for services and does nothing. Be careful.

Please note that VPS services can sometimes require manual deployment before they become active, even after the payment is successfully registered in the client area. A “Paid” invoice confirms the payment status, while “Pending” means the server provisioning process is still not fully completed.
We understand that waiting without clear updates is frustrating, and we apologize if our communication was not fast enough in this case. However, we want to make it clear that SERVER1 does not take payments without providing services. If there is any provisioning delay, our team reviews the order and either activates the VPS, offers a suitable alternative, or handles the case according to our service and refund policy.
Please continue the communication through your ticket so our team can verify the order details and complete the resolution properly.

Server credentials are normally sent after the order is verified and the service provisioning process is completed. In some cases, especially with manually deployed servers, activation may take additional time due to configuration checks, resource assignment, or security verification.
We understand how important it is to receive access details on time, and we are sorry if you did not receive a clear update quickly enough. This is not the experience we want customers to have.
Please open or update your ticket from the client area with your order details, and our team will re-check the provisioning status and make sure the credentials are sent as soon as the server is ready.
