Bad retailer overall
I read about the product on their site and in the description there was a couple of things that should be sent along (3 things in total besides the product), this was NOT the case. That they had canceled that package deal is not marked on the site and I got to know it since my product broke on first use, so I sent an email about this --> The support person told me I used to little glide and that they dont send the package deal anymore (so update 1 row in product description is not the obvious choice but missleading customers IS) and that they will send a new product in "goodwill". So I used ALOT of glide the first time so this time I used HALF A BOTTLE and again IT BROKE and I didnt even feel a thing...
So if you want an honest toy trader this is the WRONG place, and decent support also WRONG place and lastly a decent product well thats still possible (but check them out elsewhere first just for reviews and such and just buy here if the price is better).
