We just went through the drive thru at about 1010pm
We ordered chicken bites
Just over breaded no taste or spiced up at all
Fries with cheese and bacon very soggy
I had bacon avocado chicken burger
The chicken was cooked well but absolutely no taste or spices added
My husband's burger no spices or taste
It was so disappointing trying the first time .
And to drive thru to a cashless venue which it doesnt say on website .we wanted to pay cash.
Even the milkshake that was vanilla did not taste vanilla
So very disappointingfor 50.00 meal wont Be back .

I've been going to Shake Shack for years, but not anymore. I have had to separate more and more 'gristle' from the beef content as the years go on, and on last Saturday, that was it. Never again. I told the manager too.

they are lying when they say that the prices do not go up if you do not tip. This is what’s wrong with corporate greed and society. I am not going to tip a machine and I saw it happen in real time if you leave a tip even if it’s $.10 the prices do not adjust you all need to do better and this is very illegal and this is why we will never eat there again

Great food at covent garden shake shack. and very quick service. and good customer service :)).

Nice food with dirty tables
Very messy tables. It should be spotless for the price we are paying. Food is very nice but destroyed by unclean tables.

if you want to see what real hospitality is, go to Oviedo and meet Lori. she is just lovely and so spot on with her guests needs. Thank you, Lori, for making our first visit so special. And our children can't wait to see you again. You are what everyone needs in this kind of business to feel welcome and it shows. You do love your job.

Don’t run a restaurant this way. I came in , first time . I’m the only customer. I start making my order . The server walks away without saying a word . Then comes back with another worker who is taking an order over the phone wearing a headset. I don’t have all day to get my order taken. Not sure what to think. So after standing there a while , I decided to try somewhere else.
Not impressed with the service.

Went to drive through at Chesterfield, MO Shake Shack and was overcharged. Ordered two #7 meals at 15.99 each. I was charged for the individual item pricing instead of the menu stated price. Came to $3.25 overcharge. More bothersome was the managers attitude. He figured it to be $2 over and stated “it’s only $2 do you want your money?”
Not customer service!

Burger had no flavor at all for a double it need flavor and way to expensive straight ass butter

3.5.26 Shake shack Trafford Centre. Went for the first and LAST time paid £36 for 2 single burgers 2 Chips and 1 drink (bottle of Lager) all Food Lukewarm. Chaos in the kitchen and serving area. Waited 20 mins for a Burger. Very average food and Very overpriced. Would have paid £15 for a better experience and Burger at Maccies.

Zero stars
1. Order was not ready when promised.
2. Walked in and was ignored- not greeted- no "Can I help you?" nothing.
3. I showed my order confirmation to a guy who stepped out of the kitchen. He claimed it couldn't see it.
4. The shake was horrid.
5. Burgers very small for price7.99 and up.
6. They didn't even put the toppings requested.
7. It looked hectic in that tiny kitchen area.
Having on gloves doesn't mean you can touch food then touch everything else with the same black gloves.

Garage burger is far better and I would go to McDonald's before I ever stepped foot in that place.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Clapham Shake Shack.

First of all, we had to wait a very long time for our order, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. It took around 25 minutes, which is unacceptable for a place like this.

When I finally received my burger, I found a hair inside. This completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling shocked and upset.

Overall, the place felt very unclean, and the service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this location.

Great experience with the King’s Cross branch, there was a kind young lady named Kaoutar at the till was really friendly and smiling. She was happy answering my questions about the menu too!

Overprice snacks but foods are edible and above average

Really nice burgers, fires and the juices are huge and delicious. Only thing is they're a bit on the pricey side and you need to remember to grab napkins because they don't put any on your tray and you'll end up needing them when eating a messy burger!! Love the ordering system, it cuts a lot of time and you can sit an wait and keep an eye on the screen to see when it's nearly ready.
