I have tried to order one several times, but my payment fails every time even though I have changed the type of payment. Sent a mail to the customer service, but have not received a answer after several days…

Don't waste your money on shoefresh store. Buy it from china. Same product, more money left in your pocket.

I bought Shoefresh after dealing with wet, smelly shoes all winter. You put your shoes in, press a button, and it works. My trainers dry in about 45 minutes. The smell drops a lot after one cycle. After a week of daily use, the odor was almost gone.

Two months ago I bought the Shoefresh Opod. YouTube videos of it working seem to show that the device is supposed to create ozone in the first stage and then dry the shoes with hot air. However, for me, the hot air drying is switched on immediately and I do not detect any ozone being produced before or during. Even after several regular dryings, the footwear still has an unpleasant smell. I also have a high-capacity ozone generator and I know what ozone smells like and how effective it is in eliminating unpleasant odours. With the Opod device, I do not know if ozone is produced at all.

Got my shoefresh as a present, and the fan stopped working after a year or so. I shipped it back and it was repaired within a day, and sent back to me without cost! Perfect service, nice customer service and a good product.
