This is the worst experince i had with tax filling, I am filling taxes for last 20 years, they are just behind your money, once you pay it they will stop answering any questions you have. they came up with some number what i owe and then asked my to do some tax planning paying 15% of what they can save. but when they were not able to save that amount they promised they increased the amount they first came up with. to match.
This is the first year i filed with them and I am not filling with them next year. I am thinking of a way I can complain about them and how they mislead people.

They are the worst company to work with, they will mess up your returns and keep filing amendments, and don't follow up on them. They messed my last 3 year returns, After taking payment, they will never respond to you. If they need payment they call you every hour. Unethical practices, will report them to IRS and State licensing board. Beware if you make them payment you are at their mercy they will not lift your call or respond to your emails

They just know the standard way of filing and for any complicated scenarios it's always your responsibility.

Unfortunately, they will reach out daily when you haven't paid the fees and the moment you pay the fee, it's not their responsibility if the tax preparation is beyond standard W2.

Worst company for income return filing. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

I can not find more information on this company but this was my best attempt at warning the general public about them. They are stealing personal finance information and selling it to the highest bidder. Beware!
