Terrible Customer Support - Customer support don’t respond and they…

Customer support don’t respond and they make it very difficult to return goods. I ordered boots on line which when they arrived didn’t suit my feet . There was no return information with the box so I went on line and could only talk to chat bot that said use the customs invoice and post back but I told them the customs invoice and returns form weren’t there and I have e mailed their customer support several times without response and the 10 day limit for returns is running out .

Realy bad shoes

Realy bad shoes. Stay away.

These shoes promise a lot and with a very high price you could think it is something special.

I bought a pair and they were first small in size, they was clumsy and looked very bad. Later they also started to get broken.

I tried to talk to them, but my warranty was out with just some days and they refused to help me. It was not possible to repair them either.

Kubyn shoes is really not worth the price. You get shoes that not will hold for long, that is not comfortable to wear and they look very ugly.

STAY AWAY

I love to use quality and comfortable shoes. I had many shoes and each of them lasted more than 5 years of use. I dreamed of kybun to be one of them. I bought 2 pairs 4 years ago. However, it was fallen apart on the FIRST DAY of use. When I ask for repair/change, they responded that it is due to ageing. When they sell, they do not mention about it will last in 2 years and they do not put any date of production on the box. They are not trustworthy, DO NOT behind their product. I will never ever buy such an expensive piece of plastic. Shame on them.

Real good shoes

Real good shoes , but SOOOOOO expensive
they forget @ kybun that not everyone has a Swiss income.
It's a pity that having less pain walking is only possible if you're prepared to pay a lot of money. For me they are over priced, but good.

I love shoes and have tried all kind of shoes but kyboots made me give away all my old shoes…

I love shoes and have tried all kind of shoes because of my knees pain and lately Mt akheel strain.
You name it: echo, geox,Clarks etc,but once I tried kyboots, there was no going back to the list of shoes.
I gave away all of them because the pain in my knees was less and my back problems was less painful.
Not to mention the durability and quality of the product.
Thank you Kyboot

Two year longevity

You need to read the website carefully as they estimate a two year life span for these shoes.
I've had them longer , however have worn them little, but the soles have separated from the shoes on both sides , the first warning was my feet getting a little damp but in a short time both sides have completely detached at the front .
Very disappointing for a very expensive shoe that I have not worn all that much and looking at the construction I think this is a fault that would be repeated as the sole seems just to be glued onto the shoe and with the compression of the sole when walking it would appear to be a weak point in the design.
There are better rocker shoes out there.

Great soles, terrible uppers

I bought a pair of women's hiking Kybun shoes. I love the soles - they perform as advertised. However, the uppers are terrible. Toe box is too narrow and causes pinky toe blisters (and I don't have exceptionally wide/large feet or thick socks). The ankle rim is stiff and bulky and hurts my ankles - hasn't broken in even over several hikes. I ordered a half-size larger than my usual size, and the shoes feel short and cramped. So I love the soles, but the badly constructed uppers make these shoes unusable for me.

If I could give this company a minus…

If I could give this company a minus number I would. I purchased their Baekdu boot and wore it ONE time! After my hike of 3 miles BOTH of the outside soles had cracked at the instep area. I immediately sent them back asking for a refund. They are refusing to refund me in full and are only offering 1/2 refund for the boots or replacement. I don’t want a replacement, I want my money back. This is horrible and not acceptable. Any suggestions? I emailed this company several months ago regarding this matter and still haven’t heard back from them!!!!! I’m trying to let them correct their wrong.

Life changing shoes!

I've owned Kyburn shoes for a few years now, and it's long overdue for me to write a review. These shoes have changed my life. Eight years ago I was struck across my head with a boom on a big sailboat, the result was a split in my brain and an inoperable tumour at the base of my brain fused to my spinal cord. After five years in a wheelchair because walking was impossibly painful, I finally found the courage to spend £300 on a pair of shoes. It was worth it. The soft soles (I use the ones with insoles) are incredible, they stop all of the shock travelling through your body, and they're handmade to the highest quality. I made myself shoes with innertubes glued to the soles, write principal, not practicable. Kyburn have researched and developed shoes that are ultra soft under foot, robust enough for any terrain, and they look great too. I own seven pairs, including winter walking boots, my favourite. I recommend trying these shoes if you have any pain or discomfort when walking, they're amazing. I recommend Kyburn shoes to everyone I meet who are struggling with walking hoping I can do a little to make their lives less painful. Thank you Kyburn for giving me freedom again.

I have purchased a number of Kybun…

I have purchased a number of Kybun Products, shoes, trainers, and sandals, pillows, etc after being an original MBT distributor and found that the quality is lacking.
Firstly Soles: a rose bush thorn will puncture the sole render it useless.
Secondly: the shoes wear faster on the inside than the outside, bad quality
Lace clips on sandals, break in now time.
Overall concept is good, but MBT and there improvements at a lower price, still better.

However, many companies has caught on and it would be advisable to look at other rocker bottom shoes /trainers/ sandals at a fraction of the price

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Purchased 2 pairs of their shoes! Loved the first pair and needed questions answered to the Elm Taupe boots that I found as stiff as a ski boot! Never answer emails and forget calling them! So now I need to return with unanswered questions costing almost $25 to return because if you return, they charge you for the shipping for the outgoing boot! Wanted to like them and recommended to my 55 over community. Lost a customer!

You couldn't make it up

About 6 months ago i requested a size 13 boot in lieu of a size 12.5 when available. Initially put on hold i tried a few more times but response was not forthcoming. Plagues by kybun adverts i have just responded by trying again and have come to a dead end while trying to order again, a test pair . Its so infuriating that the daily adverts have become a wonderment.

KYBUN may cause hip pain

I have worn the KYbun now for a year and a half. I purchased them as I have had foot pain and find it hard to get a shoe that is comfortable. I noticed that my thighs where tight, and because the sales guy told me that I have to work through that, I did.. I stretched the thigh. I have kept walking in the shoes now for a year and a half, but in the past few months have found that my hip and back are very sore. I cannot put on the right sock, and have extreme pain that now radiates from the thigh, to the groin. Doctors are talking hip replacements, my chiropractor thinks we can work through it... but alas, I took off my KYbuns and started wearing asics and brooks running shoes and the pain is subsiding. I feel that the KYbun shoe has failed in the heel and I have been aggravating my hip by not giving up on them. A huge cost for the shoes, but I have spent thousands on my recovery so far.

I wear them everyday!!

I have scoliosis, these have helped me tremendously! I find that the way it distributes weight on femur, pelvis and legs is great. It’s a great shock absorber. Idk about the bad reviews but def worked wonders with me. It helped walk more than usual with lesser pain. Bless ya guys!

Thank you.
