Really fast customer service! Hazel solved my issue within a business day. I’m on day 7 and I’ve noticed a reduction in my horrid eye bags. I would recommend this company and their products.

I ordered these and couldn’t wait to start using unfortunately, when they arrived only one side would charge up. I got in touch with customer service and they were so nice and said they would send out a new pair. I hadn’t received them within two weeks, so I reached out to them again, and they apologized and said them out right away. Very responsive.

At 63 I have tried more products than I can remember. Regardless of how rested I am my under eye circles and puffiness made me look haggard and undermined my confidence. Thank you for developing a product helps my body heal. No more hiding behind layers of products.

Hazel provided solution based assistance and was prompt and understanding about my situation.

I love the customer service--I had an immediate response when I had to skip a month because I had an event where I wasn't consistent and had extra left over. They were great and understood and took care of my issue right away. I love the results so far and can't wait until my consistency shows even better results.

The truth is that I liked it a lot. Since I received it, I found the packaging super nice and it feels very good quality. I also loved the texture: it is light, pleasant and very easily applied. Overall, it has been a very good experience and I would definitely buy from Botanique Paris again. I recommend it!

I worked with Hazel, a customer service associate for Botanique Paris, when I requested a replacement for a malfunctioning device.

It a few emails answering questions and demonstrating certain functions of the device before Hazel was able to properly identify that the device was, in fact, malfunctioning. These steps were somewhat inconvenient but certainly understandable and once I complied with Botanique Paris’ requirements, the device was reported to ship.

Hazel was extremely prompt, direct in her communication, very thoughtful and polite. She resolved my issue as promptly as was possible and I am delighted with the support she provided.

My equipment for the eyes stopped working after only five uses, I was very frustrated. I emailed to the customer support and received response within less than two hours. Hazel (the representative) wrote to me that the problem could be not properly cleaned electrodes on the glasses. My glasses started working after me following her advice.

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with so far in trying different red light therapy and under eye therapy and neck tightening devices. There customer service is Top Notch and fast and their products are effective. I highly recommend.

Disappointed as I very much wanted this to work out as it was a last resort for eye bags.
I don’t write reviews on many things, if any, but since this is a product that is expensive to some I thought it would be worth it

My product did not even work after almost a month waiting for it - which I should add was not entirely their fault, but that is not the problem.

The device was fully charged and the red light showed and I tried all 3 modes. None of them worked. I began by only adding the serum they sent with the box, that did not work so I then , after emailing about this and following the advice they gave me , tried my own caffeine serum on top of theirs. This also did not work
I then tried both with water, still not working.
No vibrations or anything.
£66 down the drain

The return process is unfortunately very complex and unwarranted. I am more disappointed than angry, since I thought this was a reputable brand.

I write this review , after a month of trying on and off to make it work, so others do not make the mistake I made in desperation.

Only positive thing I can take from this is that the customer support team via email is fast-responding and helpful with any queries. I had a feeling it was AI but did not bother to check as it was helpful either way.

I just received the botanique eye microcurrent glasses, eye cream and neck/chin lifter. The glasses are pink and adorable. The devices and cream were packaged well and arrived on time. Very pleased and I’m confident that I’ll get great results. I’ll keep you posted as I use the devices and lotion over time to update my progress.

Hello Fashionistaz, This is the VERY BEST product! I am 65 yrs of age I NOW LOOK 40-45 yrs of age! I can't say this enough I AM AO GRATEFUL I PURCHASED THIS AMAZING DEVICE!!!! It has helped me to feel 110% better about my age! I work @ Fred Meyer's I work with A LOT of younger generations! Absolutely love the product! This has been helping my dark under eyes more than anything else I’ve tried. It’s so easy to use because you can wear it while doing other things. The customer service team is so fast and has helped me a ton. I will definitely purchase from here other products.-casey
