i ordered a choke from here and first time trying it the shot pattern was way off turns out its was made wonky, got in contact and with lots of emails back and forth (in that time i had it independently tested), i had to send it back and was told by them it was my gun not their part, luckily i had video evidence of it being nonconcentric that they would not accept that , tried to then get a refund at that point as the part was not as described and was told because it was used i could not get a refund even though in their own T&C's it did not say this.

So.. in theres terms and condition, they state that you can cancel your order and get a full refund "at any time" from the time of order to the package is dispatched without any reductions.
We ordered last night late and cancelled the order an hour later. This mornings we recieved a mail telling us, that they will keep the postage cost as the package is already packed and ready for dispatch. We have recieved no notions from any currier that this should be the case. So..major scam!
