Going through menopause at a young age has been one of the hardest challenges I’ve faced. The physical changes are difficult enough, but it’s the mental and emotional weight that can be the heaviest. So often, your mind tells you to carry it all alone, to push through in silence, even when you’re struggling.

One small thing that has made a real difference to my daily routine is starting each morning with my Shreddy drink. Knowing I’m giving my body a boost of vitamins and minerals helps me feel like I’m taking a positive step for myself before the day even begins. It’s become more than just a drink—it’s a moment of self-care, a reminder that my health and wellbeing matter.

It hasn’t magically solved everything, and menopause is still a journey with its ups and downs, but having a simple, consistent habit that supports my body has made a noticeable impact. On the days when I feel overwhelmed, it’s one thing I can count on. Sometimes the smallest routines become the strongest anchors.

As long as you continue to use Evri as your delivery partner I cannot give you a higher rating than this.

First package went missing and was returned. Replacement was delivered miles away from my house.

Evri is frequently in the news for their terrible service. I’ve requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Will shop elsewhere.

Package came so quick. And really impressed with the flavour. Only tried a couple of days in the superwomen Shreddy but excited for results

I started taking Shreddy Superwoman supplement drink about 3 months ago as I’d seem great things. Since I got my first period about 15 years ago, I have never had a regular cycle. In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with PCOS and struggled to conceive (I was 8st at the time and got told the usual advice was to lose weight but that wasn’t appropriate for me so they had no advice). Through IVF I’ve managed to have two children, but my cycles were still between 70 and 90 days and so unpredictable. However since starting this I’ve had two very normal 35 day cycles, following a perfect BBT trend and I’m in awe, it can’t be a coincidence after battling it for 15 years. I’m so happy I’ve found something that seems to be working (so far 🤞) so that I don’t have a CONSTANT fear that my periods is going to come at any time. Thank you so much for helping a girly out 💃🏼

Appalling customer service. Evri are claiming they delivered my package. They just chucked the package outside on the floor or my building and didn’t even ring the doorbell when I have been at home all day! When I checked my emails and saw it had been delivered, I went outside to look and lo and behold it has gone missing! I tried to contact shreddy customer service to ask them to refund or send a new one and they’re claiming that it has been delivered and that they can’t even find my subscription on their records!!! Shockingly bad customer service. Save your money and buy from elsewhere!

Having experienced PCOS since my teens, when this product (Shreddy Superwoman) came up on my Instagram ads, I was sceptical, but for the price I had nothing to loose so decided to give it a go. I firstly just bought one bag, but WOW after I finished that I immediately signed up to the subscription. It tastes amazing, and I genuinely feel a difference. I've been taking it for about 2 months now and I feel like I have more energy. For the first time EVER I actually felt ovulation during my last cycle, I had no idea what the sensation was, but after consulting with my friends they said it was that, and my cycle only lasted 28 days, whereas it would usually range anything from 33 - 60!
I've told everyone I know about the product, and 3 of them have since tried it and love it too (how about a recommend a friend loyalty bonus scheme, Shreddy? ;) ). One of them is very health conscious, and was amazed that there were no nasties in the product (as sometimes with capsule forms, there are added things that aren't so great for you). Another friend was taking each of the vitamins independently, spending ££££ every month to keep up, and taking so many pills a day, she showed me her haul that took up a ridiculous amount of cupboard space, whereas now she can have it all, for a fraction of the price, and in a little pouch instead!
It tastes amazing, I feel the benefits, and am loving the subscription!

I ordered a greens product months ago - Evri lost it. Shreddy took weeks to reply and said to contact Evri - Evri said to contact Shreddy.
No product and No refund.
I will be reporting them, you can’t just steal customers money when you decide to use an unreliable courier.

I never write negative reviews, and have been using the Shreddy app for years for the gym and it amazing. But I ordered the Shreddy Superwoman powder last month and Evri delivered this outside my front door and didnt knock, and this as stolen by the time I got home. I contacted Evri and Shreddy 3x with no reply, and I have now spent over £60 on a product I never received. It is such a shame to say this but there is no telephone number to call and I dont know how else to resolve this.

Love Shreddy - I’ve been using superglow for 4 months now after i noticed my hair thinning. My hair regrowth is so impressive since taking this. The peach flavour is lovely and I actually look forward to drinking it each day. I recently signed up for the subscription and am so impressed with the speed of delivery! Love it, and would recommend to anyone!

Superwoman works! I have been taking it daily for over 2 months and feel genuinly less inflamed and like I can finally see my progress in the gym. My periods are regular and it has helped alleviate a lot of my PCOS symptoms

I have been taking this religiously every day since taking out my subscription a few months ago and honestly would not be without it as I feel so much better. As a woman in her 50’s it’s not an exaggeration to say that the difference has been really noticeable. Two big standouts are my energy levels have definitely improved, with the mid afternoon slump a thing of the past - never thought I’d say that. I also feel mentally sharper too, which has been so welcome. It helps that it tastes great and so I look forward to starting my day with it.

I have always suffered with irregular, heavy periods with severe symptoms. I also came off the pill 2yrs ago after that threw my hormones off big time. So the irregular cycle has been even harder to deal with. But since taking this I immediately had three bang on time cycles with hardly any symptoms! I also noticed I'm not having the mid afternoon 'crash' or reaching for extra caffiene, my skin is clearer and I am much calmer in myself.

I would highly recommend Super Woman to anyone, to at least try. I had no idea how bad my periods were until now where I barely notice I am on. Bonus that it tastes lovely too. As a business owner, who also does alot of sport this has honestly been life changing. THANK YOU x

The shreddy superwomen is amazing it’s helped me so much please never discontinue it and keep it in stock I don’t know how I’ll ever cope without it thank you

As someone with PCOS I have tried multiple different supplements for women and nothing has been as amazing as superwoman has! After taking for a month I got my period back and my cycle is back to how it should be! Have noticed I’m not as tired as I was before and my skin looks much better as well! I’ve recommended to so many of my friends!

SUPERWOMAN- super unsupportive.

I was so excited to try this product and genuinely really believed in the ethos behind the brand and had a lot of trust.

The product made me poorly instantly, I realised this was the cause after a week and contacted their customer service. I hoped they’d offer a refund for the product I had to dispose of or offer to try another product. They did not care at all, no support solution offered. When you’re desperate to support symptoms, it’s hard to throw money down the drain.

Lost all trust in the brand.

Missing order

Ordered 2x supplements from website on February 26th, tracking with Evri showed a delay on February 27th and hasn’t moved since.

I have had to chase customer service to respond to me (4 times with no answer) and even then they said they’re investigating.

Completely unacceptable from a brand I’ve seen actively publicise their ‘great’ customer service.

To have no resolution 7 days later to the initial issue is disgraceful.

The most amazing customer service I’ve experienced! The team were so quick at replying and so lovely and went above and beyond to answer both my questions and services!! Absolutely a loyal customer :)

Love the layout of the app and the option to set a routine to suit your week as well as add in extra workouts. I’m in my 3rd year of using the app and find the challenges are only getting better!

Awful customer service. The super greens had gone off before the best before date and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I explained there needed to be storage instructions on the pack if this was the case i.e use within X months after opening but there isn’t. Completely misleading for the consumer

Well, I ordered two powders and had to pay import duty taxes (I live in an EU country) so that wasn’t a fab start. The postage was high enough and said Deutsche Post with no indication I’d end up forking out even more to receive it. I emailed 4 days ago to Shreddy and have not heard back.
The package therefore arrived half open, and literally just two crumpled up powder bags inside. No mail note, nothing. The delivery therefore was pretty sad and did not look nor feel high end/ professional. I personally think 30 servings is quite low for the costs because 1 month is not long enough to see balanced results from any boosted supplements. Other than that, it’s a good mix of ingredients.
